Super bad experience - sewer tank was overflowing potty & urine everywhere smelling very bad, many bed bugs in the room couldn't sleep, blood stains in the bed and pillow, dirtiest mattress I have ever seen, and the toilet were full of stains. It's like a super shady lodge. I have attached a pic for reference. And when I asked the manager he was helpless to do anything and did nothing.

Very poor rooms especially the bathroom Breakfast which we paid for didn’t give you much choice if any, no internet and generally cleanliness was very poor.

The overall stay was good. The facilities like water park room service are exciting. Its value for money spent with good rewards.

Good hotel. Staff is helpful. They gave me a late checkout as my wife was sick. Rooms are old so all the wood on the walls is bent, the bath tub has a little rust on it. Parking in the back is terrible. Complimentary breakfast was good.
