체크인 시 직원 서비스부터 모든 것이 괜찮았습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 넓었습니다.

가격에 비해 방 상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 금연실이었지만 담배 냄새가 여전히 났습니다.

쇼핑몰과 인접한 전략적인 위치에 있는 호텔입니다. 객실은 편안하고 깨끗했습니다.

개선할 점: 아침 식사 메뉴가 다양합니다. 객실이 엘리베이터에서 꽤 멀어요 😬

앱을 사용하여 예약하는 것은 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 제가 지금까지 사용해 온 어떤 플랫폼보다 더 좋았습니다.

Worst experience and not worth. I paid Rm800+ for excutive room 2 days. The good thing is the hotel is strategically located, easy excess to shopping mall. The room is big and clean BUT its old, looks gloomy and had unpleasant smell like old furniture smell. This is okay and manageable. But the worst was the bathtub was clogged and leaked, made the whole bathroom floor wet. They changed my room but same issue again! Although bathtub was not clogged but I guess leaking, the bathroom floor still got wet although not as bad as 1st room. I had difficulty sleeping and body aching since the bed was too hard with little sound 'krik krik' (room 2313-old wing). Oh my God, I cannot accept this kind of condition for the amount I paid. Food? Hmm was so so only, not much varieties and quality is bad especially for deserts/bread. Overall regretted, will never stay again and I would rather go for other hotels, offering better price and comfort as well varieties of food. Based on my experience, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, thank you
