가성비가 좋은 숙박입니다 4성급 퀸사이즈 침대2개가 한방에 있어 4인가족이 함께 묵기에 아주 적절합니다 비가와서 숙소 뒤 산책로를 이용하지 못해 아쉬웠고 전동바이크를 타려고 미리 예약을 해버려서 숙소서 제공하는 무료 자전거를 이용하지 못한것도 아쉽습니다

너무 좋았습니다. 다시 방문할 의사 있습니다.

상당히 낡은 외관에 비해 안에는 매우 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어있었습니다. 아주 fancy 하고 세련되지는 않았지만 역 근처라서 교통편이 편리하고 모든게 좋았습니다.

The front desk staff are helpful to provide information for us to take a boat, dinner, even help our GPS to set up. Thank you!

Excellent views from terrace and room. Breakfast could have been better. Make sure to rent a car to go around the lake.

很喜歡這裡的環境，天氣好時可以看到日月潭，而且離馬路有段距離，滿安靜的。

員工親切有如舊識 親切 善體人意 房間清潔 設備屬新 早餐用心準備 燉煮蔬菜還加當歸 湖景大露台是別的飯店所沒有的 庭園造景有情境 有腳踏車供環湖騎行 有特約人員維護 連維護人員都很親切 還有一隻可愛橘毛穿梭各個角落 幫忙招待住客....

這是我第二次住宿竹石園，CP值很高，房間很大風景很美早餐很不錯。但是這一次住204房的熱水很難調整並沒有恆溫，忽冷忽熱這是比較遺憾的一點。

Set on the hillside overlooking the lake. Surrounded by mixed forest with lots of bamboo. Great views of the lake from the hotel! Staff are super friendly and helpful.

The service was exceptional. The check in staff were extremely attentive and personable. The free breakfast buffet was delicious and different day to day. The complimentary bike rental allowed us to easily explore the lakefront. The property is on an ecological center and there were daily sightings of monkeys around the property which was a highlight. Hotel arranged free taxi to and from the bus station which was slightly over 1 mile away. Would definitely stay here again.

The property provides free bikes to be used by customers which is very convenient to get around. Breakfasts the property provided was high quality and fresh. I like the big deck where we were having breakfast

環境氣氛不錯，早餐也挺豐富👍 退房前遇到一隻親人橘貓，超可愛

房間寬敞，櫃檯服務和房間清潔都很到位！整體住宿的感覺是舒適的！

上山轉彎到旅館無路燈，很暗看不太到路。

四人房空間大，還有免治溫座馬桶。但住宿地點離日月潭熱門觀光區有點距離，建議把想吃的想喝的先買好再進來。
