There was a problem with the key in our room on the 1st night with our luggage stuck in the room ..the staff worked through the night to fix it while having arranged for an alternate room thanks .

The follow up for checkout time can be pleasing to the guests

Comfortable very much.

A/C was so noisy, bed was uncomfortable and no blankets in a A/C room. Pricey.
