룸내 짐을 풀 수 있는 최소한의 공간도 없으며, 화장실과 침대간 공간도 유리로 겨우 분리되어 있음. 냉장고도 없고 음용수도 수돗물을 언제 받아놓은 것인지 알 수 없음. 시내 접근성 외 별점 주기도 아까움.

La habitación estaba aún lado del lobby y usaban el cuarto de alado para guardar maletas. Todo el día ruido y portazos. El wifi no llegaba a mi habitación. No hacían limpieza diario y cuando me quejé de todo y pedí un cambio me dijeron que esa era la única habitación que me podían dar por haber reservado en hoteles.com que a la próxima reserve directo con ellos.

hotel was clean, staff very helpful and a great location. but our room was very noisy, we didn't get much sleep, there was a very loud noise in our room, from the waste water pipes. every time someone flushed the toilet or had a shower the noise was that loud it woke us up,(cant believe people have showers at 1.30am and 3am) but there you go sounded like water was leaking into out room, like the shower was turned on. we stayed in room 220 if this would like to be checked out.

Allt var perfekt, det enda som finns att anmärka på är att man hör när andra använder vattnet hos sig. Tillmötesgående personal som tar hand om ditt bagage om du har tid över och vill gå på stan eller liknande när du chackat ut.

Over het algemeen een goed verblijf gehad. We hadden bewust de kleinere kamer gekozen aangezien we merendeel in de stad vertoeven. Enige nadeel aan ons verblijf, we hadden geen wifi/moniel

Room was clean and tidy but very small, ok for one night. All sraff friendly and polite, good continental breakfast.

Good location, but my check-in experience was concerning. There was a mistake with my room assignment, and someone was already in the room, which was quite a fright. While the staff apologized, I strongly recommend they ensure rooms are properly checked before granting access to guests. Additionally, the room I was given is near the lift and the housekeeping area, making it very noisy. I could hear everything from these areas, which affected my stay.

Room was clean and perfect for a one-night stay as our theatre was literally around the corner. Rooms are small but for the price and location are really good value.

Very convenient. The room was serviceable for a low-key quick London trip.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Great location

The first room I was allocated, the electrics weren't working so I couldn't get in. The second room I was allocated was next to a fan or ventilation system and was really noisy. The staff were helpful and gave me another room, which was fine. Good location. Ideal for an overnight stay. I didn't have breakfast.

It was a small room but it was nice and clean. The staff was amazing. Small trip to London but when I come back I will be booking here again.
