Pelayanan nggak bertanggung jawab sama sekali, dibiarin gitu aja. Seperti ngga dapet peralatan bathroom sama sekali, nggak dapet sarapan, tv sama sekali nggak bisa menyala. Padahal kita sudah tanya. Tapi yg sana bilang nggak tau. Padahal saya pesen yg detailnya, free sarapan, perl. Kamar mandi lengkap, free wifi. Eh nyatanya semua zonk. Nyesel dah booking hotel disini. Saya saranin jangan kesini. Daripada menyesal.

Air ledeng mati tapi ada penyewaan motor, pelayannya ramah.

this is not hotel it's a jail really bad, when I arrived at 2pm the room not ready yet still cleaning, after that when I check the room the floor still wet much and there is no towels they will bring it later, no toothbrush, no tissue, no sandal, no cup for water, no tv, the toilet dirty and you can not close the door and the shower don't have door nothing good in this hotel and one of the stuff talking rude to us, the electricity turn off sometimes...
