정말 4인 가족이 머물기에 최고의 숙소였습니다. 마드리드 숙소로 강력 추천합니다. 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요. 다만 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 옮기는게 힘들었지만 그걸 감수할만큼 숙소는 맘에 들었어요. 떠나기 싫을만큼~

관광객들이 마드리드를 감상하기에 아주 좋은 위치이며 시설도 깨끗해서 머무는동안 아주 좋았습니다

완전 좋았어요 딱하나 찾기가 힘들어서 당황했고요 알면 어렵지 않아요..ㅎㅎ 시간제약에 절차가 있긴한데 소통은 잘되고요..코앞에 백화점 있고 청결에 위치에 다음에 와도 전 여기 올겁니다!!

보여진거랑 똑같아서 제가 사진을 남길필요가없네요 입구가 좀 협소해서 걱정했는데 올라가보니 신세계 깔끔하고 넓고 광장등 접근성도 너무좋습니다~^^

스페인에서 묵었던 숙소중에 최고였습니다 저렴한데 집도 크고 깨끗하고 위치도 정말 환상적이였어요!!! 정말 강추합니다

위치가 완전 최고입니다 마드리드에 가면 무조건 여기를 가야합니다 호텔 건물 앞문으로 나가면 바로 솔광장이고 건물 뒷문으로 나가면 10m 앞에 엘꼬르떼 백화점 지하 슈퍼입니다 슈퍼에서 비싸지 않은 가격에 즉석에서 짜주는 오렌지 쥬스와 물 고기 등등 먹거리를 사기에 너무 편합니다 청소상태 아주 좋고 모든 시설이 청결하며 깨끗합니다 주방도구도 만족스러웠고 특히 비치되어 있는 1인용 올리브 오일은 너무 좋았습니다 직원도 아주 친절합니다

마드리드 푸에르타 델 솔 광장 근처이고 마요르광장도 멀지않은 매우 좋은 위치였는데 너무 시내 중심이다 보니 렌터카를 주차장에 주차를 하고 짐을 끌고 가는 부분이 좀 불편했고, 아파트먼트가 3층에 위치해서 물어 물어 찾아갔습니다. 그런데, 위치도 좋고 직원도 매우 친절하고 무엇보다 넘 깨끗하고 쾌적한 숙박시설에 감동했습니다. 하루 숙박이지만 편안하게 지내고 왔습니다 ^^

아파트먼트 처음 이용했는데 정말 만족합니다. 세탁기에 건조기능까지 있어서 정말 잘 이용했구요. 주변에 마트에서 세제 작은거 하나 사서 썼습니다. 방도 넓고, 거실에 주방 따로있으니까 정말 집처럼 잘 이용했어요~ 호텔은 방만 달랑있어서 갑갑한데 여기는 안에 공간이 커서 정말 좋았습니다. 청소도 깨끗하고, 물도 잘 나오고, 오전에 수건 교체요청하고 저녁에 와보니 수건 두고 갔더라구요~ 직원이 지도로 주변 안내 다 해줘서 지도 정말 유용하게 잘 썼습니다. 솔광장에서 3분? 왕궁이나 산미겔 시장도 다 걸어서 다녔습니다. 신혼연행으로 정말 만족한 숙소였어요~

Very nice, spacious and clean apartments in the middle of everything. Trains are 5 minutes from your doorsteps. We were welcome by Christian, who was very helpful and prompt. Our flight arrived early morning, and had to store our luggage in the storage locker, right behind the building. Christian let us know that our apartment was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved this apartment because of it's location. It was also next door to a mega grocery store and it has everything you need.

The place is super well located & the communication with the staff is top notch.

Location was perfect. In the middle of Sol. Restaurants, El Corte Ingles, shops and bars were nearby.

Arenal Suite is the most wonderful property I’ve stayed in on a city break like this. Absolutely amazing location, incredible communication from Christian (especially when our flight was cancelled and plan changed) - he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt at home. The apartment itself was stunning - so clean and spacious with lovely decor, fabulous bathroom, comfy beds and everything we needed. Definitely planning to stay again - thank you Arenal Suites and Christian! We had the best time!

Everything was perfect! Location is unmatched if you want to be in the center of everything. Attention was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Great apartments in the centre of Madrid. With all the amenities you need for your stay. Very clean and comfortable, with excellent communication from our host. Well recommended.

Our first time to Madrid. Picked this place because it was a great price. Glad we did because it is in an amazing location and close to a lot of historical sites. Building is very sound proofed. For how loud it was outside, we could not hear it in our unit. Will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Excellent hotel very modern and clean rooms. Easy access to all attractions. Kitchen was a big plus. The shower was great plenty of hot water and beds comfortable.
