I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. First night was a disaster. What happened was the AC in the room didn't work at all, but instead, it was blowing hot air so the room was hotter than the hallway. The fridge didn't work at all either. We had a take-out and we had to throw it away. We called the front desk. And a guy came to the room, and said "The AC is blowing hot air because there are hot water pipes above your room. Fridge isn't working because it's not cold outside yet to be using it" My dad and I were literally speechless by his attitude and the comments he made. I've been to many Hiltons around the world, and haven't seen anything like this. So I had to walk to the front desk and complain. Later, they got us a new room. And the room was cooler than before and the fridge worked fine. I'm still so disappointed with the attitude of that employee though. It was something that I don't want to experience ever again.
