Upon check in, I noticed that kettle was not provided. I requested for a kettle and was given one, however cup and spoon were not provided. Ended up, I don't use the kettle at all as I can't make the hot drink without a cup and spoon. The TV can only be operated using remote control but then the remote control is kept by the receptionist. Moreover, there is no local channel (Tv 1,2,3,4) available.

Bad facilities ever. There is no tv,mineral water even the flush was sick but stated in app its all complete. I fell disappointed with this hotel because I am hoping to much to get comfort. Thank you 😞

Worst hotel ever in kk. Not agree with the rules, they will charge rm 15 if late check out before 11.30 am. They already charge me rm 15, because of my late check out. I check out at 11.36 am, its only 6 minutes late, I repeat! 6 minutes not 6 hours! Its not worth it. They also didn't put inside the bill of their charge, so where the money go? 😂

Hotel ini sangat selamat untuk tidur. Tempat parking juga selesa, tidak sesak. Sangat best!

Tidak ada lift. tapi oke lah untuk yang mau cepat ke kamar.

Room was nice and big space, really comfort. Just if can, I hope can check in earlier than time( 1/2 hour before is resonable) . I do arrive at 1:45 p. M. And they do not let me check in until 2:15p.m. I do wait for half an hour. And they was no waiting space at lobby. I need to sit at staircase. This was no good.
