Excellent hotel - Brilliant service and location 🙌

Hotelgebäude/Zimmer etc sehr ordentlich. Gut renoviert. Auch technisch alles ok! Frühstück einigermaßen ok, etwas begrenzte Auswahl. Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich! Leider macht die gesamte Anlage, der Garten bis hin zum unglücklich platzierten Pool (neben der Garageneinfahrt) eine schlecht gepflegten Eindruck. Rasenflächen völlig verbrannt! Eigentlich schade, mit etwas mehr Mühe könnte das ein sehr schönes Hotel sein. Leider hat auch Montecatini wohl seine beste Zeit deutlich hinter sich. Sehr viel Leerstand, verfallene Gebäude, geschlossene Läden. Daneben dann wieder tolle alte Villen. Insgesamt kein schöner Eindruck! Nochmals: Schade!

Coming to stay in a palace and then finding out the AC unit isn’t functioning. The facility is old and needs to be renovated. You cannot control your AC unit. They claim it is turned off during the day between 6 am and 4 pm and apparently I was the only one complaining. However, we are paying customers and expect everything to function especially when you have little children and the room is at 24 degrees the whole time. We ended up cancelling the night and going elsewhere. The receptionist is rude and does not give you the comfort you are looking for. There is plenty of parking outside at a cheaper rate than their 15 euros per night. At the price paid, you can get better at a walking distance.

Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of soace. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Air Conditioner and n the room worked well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also only 15 minutes by feet away.

Awesome experience! Beautiful, classic, quiet hotel. Great front desk help. The breakfast buffet with custom coffee orders was exceptional. Very peaceful setting.

Set in a quiet area and an easy short walk into town. Nice pool but very few sun loungers and not very much shade. Good continental breakfast which can be taken on the outside terrace if you want to. Diana and Elisabeth on the front desk are very helpful indeed. A pleasant stay for a few days whilst exploring the area.

Hotel vecchio insonorizzato male molto polveroso e poco pulito, nella mia camera L acqua calda dal bidet non usciva…. Giusto solo per la notte di Halloween. La reception molto maleducata in particolare Daniela che di fronte al disagio invece di porre rimedio mi ha deriso evitatelo una trappola che rovina nome dell Hotellerie italiana !!

A well positioned Hotel in the city centre but the hotel service needs to improve in cleaning and maintenance. I got less than expected.

Si vous recherchez un 4 étoiles passez votre chemin, si vous recherchez une ambiance hôpital vous y êtes ! Personne brune a l’accueil tout juste aimable. Télé en panne je le signale et la personne a l’accueil énervée par les problèmes quitte son poste!! S’en va … chasse d’eau qui fait le bruit d’un avion de chasse qui décolle ! Wifi dans notre chambre quasi inexistant et surtout pas de fauteuil disponible autour de la piscine à partir de 14 h ( selon la personne à l’accueil il n’y a pas assez de sièges c’est la première année que cela arrive ! ) donc ne prenez pas cet hôtel pour la piscine qui est d’ailleurs assez petite voir médiocre … eau verte en fin de journée sous 39 degrés, tonnelle pour créer de l’ombre rouillée et hors d’âge Parking à 15 eur la nuit ! À Rome c’est 7 eur …chambre et salle de bain vieillotte… seul le petit déjeuner est parfait et aussi la propreté Cet hôtel ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles Je me demande bien comment on peut indiquer que l’hôtel est excellent ? Je voyage toute l’année dans de nombreux hôtels

Fantastisk hotel. God service. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Det er ikke første gsng vi er her og heller ikke sidste ! Helt fantastisk👍👏 30 min i bil fra Lucca og Viareggio, Siena og ca 1 time i bil til Firenze. Whats not to Like. Hyggelig bjergby (Montecatini Alto) Flere gode muligheder Morgenbuffet er super!
