사우나 너무 좋음 침대, 침구류 편하고 쾌적함 청결은 보통인데 신경쓰일정도 아님 위치 좋음 근처에 편의점 많음

I really liked the bath in the basement of the hotel. And the accommodation was comfortable and clean. I was happy to stay at a nice hotel

It was great experience to me. Facilities are clean & new. Breakfast was good enough. Very conveniently located near Susukino station. The room size was not enough for a couple traveller but it was what I paid for. Most importantly, the spa & sauna facilities were fantastic delight enabling to rest my tired body after everyday's tour. One thing I recommend to the hotel is; Please send e-mail to all guest immeiately after booking confirmation cautioning possible confusion over hotel location because there are 3 hotels with similiar names nearby as follow; - Quintessa hotel Sapporo - Quintessa hotel Sapporo Susukino - Quintessa hotel Sapporo Susukino 63 Relax&Spa Also you better discuss Google Japan to list all three hotels using names of Quintessa hotel Sapporo ****** as a search result of common part name. Otherwise it may cause big troubles for guests who are not very familiar with using Google map.

초반에 배정해준 방은 화장실에 냄새가 났습니다. 바꿔달라고 요청하여 방을 바꿀 수 있었습니다. 청소가 제대로 되었으면 좋겠습니다.

스스키노역과 가까워서 편리하구요 오도리 공원도 걸어갈만합니다 직원분들도 친절하시구 청소도 깨끗하게 잘해주셨어요 창문을 열어보니 벽에 막혀있길래 혹시 뷰좋은방으로 변경해주실수있냐고 하니까 흔쾌히 친절하게 바로 변경도 해주셨어요! 체크아웃하는날 비행기시간이 남아서 짐 좀 맡겨주실수 있냐고 물어봤는데 그것도 친절히 맡겨주셨어요! 감사합니다! 다음에 또 방문할게요!

사진과 다르게 시설이 낡고 너무 오래된 느낌이었습니다. 이불에 알 수 없는 무언가가 묻은 흔적도 있었고, 방 자체가 그냥 80년대에 머물러 있는 느낌...? 위치는 참 좋았지만(스스키노 역 도보 5분) 가격대비 꽤나 실망했습니다.

とても良かった

今回、札幌ドームへのイベントに参加する為に宿泊させて頂きましたが、ドームへのアクセスも良く戻って来てからの夕飯も繁華街にあるので色々食べる場所もありとにかく便利 大浴場も利用時間が長く助かりました。 朝食バイキングも、シティホテルを思わせるラインアップで良かったです。駐車場も広い提携駐車場が隣にあり使いやすかったです。機会があれば是非もう一度宿泊したいホテルです。

大浴場のサウナが広く心地よかったです。中心地に歩いてすぐなので観光、ショッピングの利便性が高かったです。

nice and quiet area

清潔さをあまりかんじませんでした。 至る所に誇り。エアコンの吹き出し口も誇り。 お風呂については、特にサウナの内気浴の階段の所は蜘蛛の巣だらけ。 脱衣所もマナーの悪い方もいるので、びちゃびちゃに濡れてました。 たまたまかもしれませんが定期的なチェックは必要かと。

出張で2泊利用させていただきました。すすきのど真ん中でとても便利な立地でした。ホテルはとても清潔でスタッフさんもフレンドリーでした♪

Aside from the location which is good, room is way too claustrophobic. And the carpark is not free, charged at 1800yen per 24hrs and it doesnt allow multiple entries.

The receptionist was able to communicate well in English. The room has minimal necessity, we requested spoon from reception when we wanted to eat pudding in room. Spacious room and nice bath salt at lobby. My kids are able to run around the room. Walking distance to restaurants. 10-15mins walking to the main tourist area.
