굉장히 저렴한 가격에 3명의 숙박을 해결할 수 있었습니다. 시설이 매우 깔끔했네요. 다만 처음 찾아갈 때 건물에 출입구가 많아 고생했던 기억이있습니다.

It was very good. But it had stairs, and no elevator in here so i was hard to go in. (Because of my luggage😂) But this room was so clean, and made me comfortable. Thank you☺️

3박을 예약했다. 엘리베이터도 없고 양심도 없다. 중앙역에서 5분 거리라고 했지만 실제론 걸어서 15분 이상 걸렸고, 3층까지 짐 들고 걸어올라가야 했다. 도착하자마자 샤워를 하려 했는데 욕실에 온수가 안나왔다. 너무 늦은 밤이라 그냥 자고 그담날 아침에 청소하시는 할머니에게 부탁해 사장에게 전화해 달라고 했다. 사장은 수리공을 불렀다며 노후 3시 이후엔 온수가 나올 거라고 했다. 씻지도 못하고 관광 나갔다가 오후 7시에 도착하니 여전히 온수가 안나온다. 메신저 앱으로 사장에게 연락하니 '아직도 안나오냐'라는 말을 끝으로 1시간 동안 답이 없다. 결국 전화를 걸어 나가서 다른 숙소 잡을테니 2일치 환불해 달라고 했다. 왜인지 쉽게 환불해줄테니 호텔스 닷컴에 이야기 하라 했다. 호텔스 닷컴에 환불 요청 메일을 보내니 사장이 1박만 환불해주기로 합의 했다는 거짓말을 하며 1박만 환불해줬다. 미안하다는 말은 여전히 못들었다. 왜 거짓말을 하지? 그 돈이 갖고 싶어?

Stay away!!! Had to haul luggage to the very high 3 rd floor of the old building without lift!! NO information about it in the description at all. The room #4 was extremely small - no space even for our luggage to squeeze around the bed. Had to keep one suitcase in the bathroom. sheets were old and not clean. No check in - only access code via WhatsApp message. Tried to contact the host without success,

We loved the location, easily walkable to many places! the room was fairly clean, we just had one issue with the shower not draining properly. I messaged on our first night about the slow draining and I never heard anything for our entire stay regarding it. It got so bad where you’d open the shower door and water would pour out onto the bathroom floor. Really was not a fan of that and the fact no one got back to us was really upsetting.

nice spacious and clean room. The common area of the building can be better maintained including better lighting. The mini fridge was not working. This was important given that the property does not offer a breakfast, and we bought fridge items for breakfast. After a couple of days we had to throw everything away. Property is centrally located within walking distance to most attractions. There are good dining options in the area and also convenience stores.

This building is in the city centre of Zagreb, it’s very ideal. It is within a few minutes of the national theatre, many amazing dining options and cafes, Ban Jelačić Square etc. There is an AC in the room and it works really well so we were able to always be at a comfortable temperature. It was very clean, comfortable, and check in + out was very simple and easy. I would recommend this place and I will stay again.

Great room, but very old building with no lights at night on long long stairs. Great location

I sent the message for hotel: Hi! I couldn't sleep all night. People are running all night and couldn't sleep. Unfortunately, I have to cancel for today. But they ignored my messages and they did not care about how I was at the accommodation. Even though it was uncomfortable, I sent both emails and SMS, but they did not respond. I could not sleep and did not have peace and quiet, so I had to check out a night earlier than planned And i don’t get my money back for the second night . In addition to that , this is also pictures of kettle that was in the room, check how moldy inside

We hadden een kakkerlak in de douche. Verder was de grond vuil, in de hoeken was niet gepoetst. Er zaten ook veel haren in het bed. Het hotel had wel een fijne locatie, midden in het centrum.

Shares a building with another hostel and some other businesses. The hostel itself is great but the shared spaces are a little wanting. Room itself was great and so was location.

We felt very uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned. The bed linen was not changed, there was hair from other guests everywhere. The towels also full of hair from other guests. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this apartments.

We had slight hiccup while checking in, the code provided was wrong, call were not answered hence had to wait outside door for sometime. Our room had windows open to common space where other neighbours were smoking hence the room smelt of cigarettes even after the window were closed and AC was on. Property is in good location, walkable to major tourist attractions.

Walking to distance to a lot of restaurants and shops.

buena ubicación se puede recorrer a pie sitios turístico, en la zona hay supermercados. edificio un poco antiguo, en la entrada falta iluminación, la habitación en general cómoda, amplia y limpia. La atención es a través del wsp ya que no se tiene recepción

Prédio velho, mas o apartamento muito novo e moderno. Não há atendimento, você recebe a senha para acessar o apartamento que é espaçoso e confortável. Localização boa, dá pra ir a pé para os pontos de interesse sem muita dificuldade.

Wi-Fi não funciona, prédio com aparência horrível, subida de dois andares por escada longa ( esteja preparado para subir), porém quarto até que é bom, banheiro era novo, porém ralo a água demorava a descer, lençol tinha cabelo, não funcionava aquecedor para roupa, tv não entrava os canais, geladeira não funcionava. Se for para dormir uma noite de passagem pela cidade até vale. Código para entrar era o mesmo do quarto, ou seja deveria ser o mesmo para todos. Localização era boa, dá para andar pela localidade
