시내 중심에 있어 밤에도 둘러볼 것이 많음.

긴 남미 여행 이후 남극 크루즈를 타기 위해 투숙한 호텔에서 침실 시설이 좋아서 피로를 다소 풀수 있었고 크루즈를 기분 좋게 탈수 있는 준비를 위한 빨래및 건조, 다름질 등의 자가 세탁 준비를 하는데 아주 편리 했습니다 특히 배스룸에 있는 건조 히타는 큰 배려 였습니다 좋은 관광 포인터가 호텔 앞에 있었어 좋았고 인근 대형 수퍼마겥에서 음료, 와인등을 구입하기도 편했습니다 가까운 크루즈 부도, 콜로니아 페리 부두, 다양한 관광지가 가까워서 아주 좋았습니다 아침 조식도 수준급 이였습니다

Hotel súper bello, elegante y excelente ubicación. El cuarto tenía vista al Obelisco. Y me encantó que en el rooftop está el Cielo sky bar.

Reservamos una habitación superior con 2 camas y nos dieron una regular. Luego fui a reclamar y nos cambiaron de habitación pero con una sola cama

We did not have time to take advantage of the hot tub. One member used the exercise room each morning. We used the top deck bar area when the weather permitted. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the variety pleased all three of our appetites.

I would give a better rating if they haven’t charge me for mini bar which I didn’t consume! Watch your credit card transactions! When I checked out, I already confirmed with the front desk, they indicated I’ve consumed two nespreso pods and one red bull from the mini bar, but these items were not even in my room when I checked in. 3 days later after I checked out, they charged my credit card without authorization. This is really not acceptable as I didn’t consume anything in the mini bar.

Hotel nota 10 gostei de tudo. Quarto 10 (amamos) Café da manhã nota 10. As meninas do café da manhã nota 10super atenciosas. O atendente da piscina/sauna/jacuzzi nota 10, super atencioso, explicou direitinho como funcionava tudo. Uma ressalva aos atendimentos dos rapazes do salão (que pegam as malas/e aos que abrem a porta, precisam melhorar e muito a forma como abordam os clientes. (Perguntas “bruscas” você tá hospedo aqui? não devem ser feitas no meio das pessoas e na porta do elevador (super desrespeitoso com o cliente). Não pegaram as nossas malas quando chegamos no transfer, somos estrangeiros e não sabemos falar o espanhol o mínimo que se espera é a paciência de saber explicar as coisas direito. Tirando isso, nossa experiência com o hotel foi perfeita, bem localizado, super limpo, café muito bom, pessoal da recepção sempre gentil.

This is a hotel used by tour groups, as a result the staff are very tired and rude to visitors. Long queues for checking in or out. If not part of a tour, I would find a better hotel nearby.

I would not recommend this hotel. The location is good but it is very old and almost all the rooms had a strange potent smell. Staff are very rude. It is a tour bus hotel so I think they have a very bad time with customers and take it out on everyone.

Excellent service and staff. Good breakfast. Wonderful central location with lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance.

Very close to a lot of things

The included breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety. Check-in went smoothly with the friendly staff and we even got early access to our room after coming off the cruise ship. Grand Brizo is located right on the city’s main boulevard and we enjoyed a wonderful evening stroll. Also took in the view and music at the rooftop bar. Reasonable prices and a great value. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Buenos Aires.
