Staff was very kind and room was very clean.

The manage keeps the entire hotel very clean. I have never seen a such a clean 3 star hotel before. They even clean the walls. Overall, very clean, convenient and great location. I would stay here again 100% 알마티 3성급 중에 제일 깨끗해요.

공항에서 가깝고 저렴하고 아침식사도 잘나오고 방이 깨끗함. 직원이 친절하고 옆에 큰 쇼핑몰도 었어 장보기 편리. 특히 공항까지 무료셔틀버스 운영. 가성비 최고!

모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 카자흐스탄의 기후특성상 시든 채소와 너무 익은 과일이 인상깊었습니다. 풍부한 치즈가 기억에 남구요. 특히 너무 익은 사과가 너무 맛있었습니다. 호텔 서비스는 최상이었습니다. 너무 친절한 직원분들,더운물, 공항 셔틀서비스,예쁜 건물 실내, 등 완벽했습니다. 또 가고 싶네요.

Close to airport and very clean

It is a great hotel to stay overnight during your layovers.

Very convenient hotel close to the airport, perfect for layovers. The room was clean, comfortable and good amenities. Staff at the reception were helpful and pleasant. The hotel has a dining hall where I had a very good and juicy ribeye. Not sure about the area around, but overall highly recommended for those in transit

Good hotel. Great value.

Location is 20-30 mins drive away from Almaty International Airport. A bit far from the centre of Almaty but Yandex taxi is pretty accessible from the hotel and can easily get you around. Breakfast is great! AC works well during Summer months. People working at the reception are super helpful and friendly.

if you want Almaty action - find a place in the upper city - but this hotel is just fine and a good value -

This property is really garbage. Do not suggest this to anyone.

Checked in for a short airport layover. Desk clerk was not at all happy to greet us. She wanted to charge us t4000 per person for a ride to the airport. The room was stifiling hot, and running the AC it took hours for the room to cool down. Upon check out the same desk clerk, told us to "go sit on the couch, while we check out the room." We had already called for a ride, so we had to wait about 15 minutes. Once the clerk got the okay, that we hadn't stolen anything from the room, she simply waved us away, and said "you can leave now". The area around the hotel is in a sketchy area with people walking around, some in the shadows, or just sitting in cars. There is also a car wash next door, that is open really late and seems to be a hangout. We stayed there because the reviews were good, but I would not ever stay there again.

Very pleased with this hotel, so we came back when we retuened to Almaty. Very clean property. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with super clean comfortable bed. Wifi acceptable but could be improved. Front desk was extremely helpful with all needs. In a very nice neighborhood, and is located close to major train station, supermarket, major bus routes into city, and local parks. Will be happy to stay here again in the future.

Good for a night. Next to a small mall with a supermarket. Relatively close to the airport. Restaurant is weak.
