전반적으로 깨끗하고, 스텝들 서비스 좋았고, 호텔 바로 앞에 공항가는 버스가 있어서 좋았지만, 내가 묵은 방에는 욕조도 없었고, 공간 활용도 보통이였다. 아침 뷔폐식사를 할수가 없어서 아쉬었다.

Bel hôtel très bien situé. La chambre est bien, mais mal pensé: la toilette n'offre aucune intimité. Tres bien cependant si on est seul.

Great Hotel. Central to Montreal. Fantastic walkability to the city, Chinatown, and Mt Royal.

Our first time visiting Canada, and first time at this hotel. Staff were friendly, cordial, and eager to help. The hotel was easily accessible. The room was spacious and clean. Will definitely use them in the future.

The hotel is decent, but it definitely does not deserve a 5-star service rating. Upon arrival, the valet was unavailable to greet us and park our vehicle. Later, when all the elevators stopped working and someone got trapped inside, the receptionist completely ignored the person knocking for help from within the elevator cab. Furthermore, the front desk staff was so inattentive that they failed to notice me buying water; I only got their attention after placing it on the desk and starting to walk away. А la carte breakfast was just ok, swimming pool, and city views are good, but the poor overall service means this property is simply not worth the money.

Clean rooms

Nous avons séjourner une nuit pour un voyage de couple. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le service est impeccable. La chambre très spacieuse. Le personnel reste serviable. La vue sur la ville était splendide. Nous étions au 10 ieme étage.

The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is delicious. The reception staff is excellent. The girls at the restaurant are absolutely fantastic. But they clean the rooms very late and the TV is very old The sink is stained. the stained mirrors The bathtub is damp. but we had a good time

Superbe hôtel, bien entretenu et disposant d’un personnel très serviable. Idéalement situé dans le centre de Montréal. La chambre était spacieuse avec une belle vue L'espace piscine est idéal: grande piscine + jacuzzi + sauna Le tout bien entretenu La salle de sport est fonctionnelle avec du bon matériel.

The location is fantastic, right downtown. It’s easily walkable to downtown and the Old Port. They also have an underground parking facility, which is a great convenience.

Great place to stay with plenty in walking distance. Very nice pool and hot tub!

The hotel and staff were great the only downside of our stay was that we had to evacuate the hotel due to a fire alarm.

Wonderful property in the downtown. Very central, easy walk to the Jazz festival. Has 6 electric charges for the vehicle. great place to visit, enjoy the evening and leave with the car fully charged the next morning. would definitely recommend.
