Check-in was very swift and Josh at the front desk was fabulous and so accommodating to our family's needs. We will definitely comeback to this hotel on our next trip to Boston area.

easy location

Rooms were very nice except we had 2 broken light fixtures in ours. Very nice area, right near The Garden

Horrible front desk staff and management. I would not recommend staying here. Way too expensive as well.

Everything seemed right

Stood with my family here for one night. The man who was downstairs at 12am working at the front desk brought both my kids snack… not sure if he heard my son say he wanted snack or not, but it made my kids very happy. We felt welcomed everyone was kind. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location for walking to so much in Boston; Commons, public gardens, Quincy Market, Chinatown, North End restaurants, TD Garden, and North Train station. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and refreshed rooms. Highly recommend!

Tony at the front desk was quite possibly the best person I could've started my trip to Boston with. He got us in our room early and it was on the 10th floor! The 2 queen standard was incredibly spacious and clean. The only issues we had were battery related-- Our door lock battery died so we had to wait for maintenance to charge it and replace the battery in order to get back into it room. It was unfortunate since it was late at night, but the issue was resolved fairly quickly. The tv remote was also struggling a bit, but that wasn't a huge problem as it just took a bit longer to navigate. Overall, it was a convenient location close to the north end and right across the street from north station so we could get anywhere! Would recommend!

Nice hotel close to many of the great places to visit while in Boston North end. They were able to let us checkin early which was appreciated. The room view wasn’t great as it overlooked the roof but it was a quiet room with no traffic noise. Wish there was more laundry machines as had to keep checking if machine was available.

The hotel is conveniently located and walkable to many attractions. The parking is very expensive because you have no choice but valet.

Room was very clean. Felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived. Even held our luggage while we walked the city for the day before we headed back to Maine on the train. Definitely would stay again!

Staff was wonderful I enjoyed my stay will be back. Very nice hotel in great location.
