The host is friendly and helpful. They arrange local transport and also personally sent us to the bus station. The room size is good and nice and quite. The only drawback is that there is no lift to the upper floors.

A nice atmosphere. Very helpful staf with transportation, guidance to the mountaince, store of bags etc. Paper towels not so good. Value for money.

Perfect hotel with friendly and English speaking staff. Room size is small, but it is clean and even suitable for 3 men for sleeping after long day in the mountain. Good breakfast.

Just the room was enough to be worth it, very clean and a soft bed (both of which is rare in China in my experience). But the service really stands out and can’t even be compared to 5 starts luxury hotels. The host speaks perfect English and is very friendly and helpful with planning your trip to the mountain, explaining what buses to take and prices etc. The hotel also stored out big bags for us during the 2 days we were at the top without any cost and even let us shower after descending the mountain when picking up the bags. And as if that wasn’t enough they also looked up the bus schedule for us and drove us to the station to get home! A 10/10 rating is not nearly high enough

Very lovely boutique hotel near the base of the mountain. They offered free pick-up and drop-off to the cable cars as well as the bus station. Staff were super helpful and spoke good English. Staff was very polite and great customer service. Our room was nice and clean. Shower takes a little to warm up, but otherwise good. Hotel has lots of information and tours, although we didn't try them. Overall I would very much recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay at the inn. Timo and the lovely friendly woman at the front desk gave us the best experience we have had so far in China! The room was clean, cozy and quiet. His knowledge of Hunagshan Mountain was so helpful to us when planning our trip. When we made mistake and didn't have anywhere to stay and the inn was full Timo found somewhere for us to stay and even dropped us there in his car! TIMO! if you are ever in New Zealand we would love to see you!

Absolutely Amazing!!! Prior to my stay I had read other reviews that said how wonderful the hotel is. And they were absolutely right . The owner was responsive to my requests before arriving and arrange transfers to and from the hotel. Check in was simple and easy. I stayed on the second floor and ininstantly fell in love with the design concept. Very modern with cool industrial touches. The bed was comfortable, there was nice selection of movies to watch. The shower spacious and there is wifi through out the hotel. They thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable, slippers, kettle in the room, bottled water, mugs, dental kits etc. The hotel is a perfect location to see Yellow Mountain. A short walk to bus stop and you're on a bus to see the moutains or other scenic spots. The breakfast was traditional and delicious. The coffee was pretry good too. Its a MUST stay if you are visitng the area.

Love the hotel. Very nice design and great atmosphere. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They helped us plan our hikes. The hotel offers western and chinese breakfreast. Food was great. Strongly recommend this hotel! We would def book again if we come back.
