We had a great stay. The staff helped us with getting tickets to a local football match. Everything was extremely clean and the room was so spacious.

I have stayed in the Manor West on more than a dozen occasions but unfortunately this particular time it was not a good experience which resulted in myself and my family leaving a day earlier than planned from our trip. I explained to the staff member at the desk upon early check out the issues but unfortunately we were not willing to risk another nights stay I can not fault the staff or food as they were brilliant ,as always.

Great place, loved the pool.

Friendly, old-fashioned service and a warm welcome in a comfortable modern setting.

Nice hotel

Beautiful from start to finish. Leisure facilities included, which we happily used. Playroom for kids. Breakfast was lovely. Room spacious and a bunk for my kids which was a bonus, fridge and kettle in room. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The welcome sign on the tv on arrival & throughout the stay made it feel personal. Thought the staff were very friendly. Thanks ,lovely hotel.

Hotel was clean and bed was large. Staff was friendly, except restaurant staff very stiff. Breakfast selections (came with cost of room) were nice, but pancakes had no flavor. Area around the hotel is wierd - LARGE segmented shopping mall and a run down house next door. Views of the mountains beyond the mall were nice. Would stay here again but for one night, like we did.

Excellent hotel, very good service. Spotless clean. Nice leisure centre. Perfect location for travelling to Dingle, Kilarney even Ring of Kerry.

The staff at the Manor West is incredible. They are the epitome of the word “hospitality”. I was there recently for a last minute trip due to a medical emergency and the staff was incredibly accommodating and supportive. The psychical hotel itself was the perfect home base, clean, QUIET, and surrounded by perfect amenities.

Fantastic breakfast. Swimming pool has knackered the children so it’s been nice and peaceful. We will be back soon

Children running around corridors late at night. This is NOT a comfortable hotel. Staff are nice but indifferent to service. TERRIBLE internet connection in the room. Of you’re a family with young kids stay here, otherwise avoid.

Een mooi hotel op een centrale plek. Er is genoeg parkeerruimte aanwezig en ook is er een winkelcentrum en McDonalds in de buurt. Het ontbijt is goed en voldoende en ook het restaurant in het hotel heeft voldoende keuze.

Fabulous hotel with lovely facilities and very friendly staff. Food was delicious and the pool was great for families. The room was large for a family of 4 and it was very quiet and comfortable. We loved our stay and would highly recommend

Arrived at 15.04. My wife asked at coffee dock for a coffee ☕️ to be informed that they had closed at 15.00. Even though they still filling coffees. We were told that the hotel was very busy and we had to have breakfast at 9.30. Yet we observed people coming down for breakfast at 10.05. Breakfast room was 75% full

Syaff were great, friendly and helpful.

All the staff were incredible, from the front of house to the cleaning team to the bartenders. Jacy at the front of house was so friendly and particularly helpful with a tonne of things, including transport and recommendations. Breakfast was great, the spa was a treat, and the hotel was within perfect distance from the wedding we were in Ireland for. Supermarkets, coffee and fast food all within a stonesthrow from the hotel. Tralee centre was a 20-30 min walk away, also bus routes in I believe. A great stay in a beautiful part of Ireland. Highly recommend

Very helpful staff upon check in. Breakfast was excellent and very good table service. Beds comfortable and bathrooms very updated.

Located right near a shopping center. The hotel was nice, clean and convenient. The breakfast was good - but remember to reserve your table.
