공항 가기전 숙박했어요 대체적으로 만족했어요

3일간 가족과 함께 숙박하였습니다. 모두 친절하였고 깨끗하였으며 아침 조식또한 훌륭하였습니다. 취사도구(인덕션 전자레인지 냉장고 씽크대 등)도 구비되어 가족과 함께 라면을 끓여 먹었는데 눈치 보지않고 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 주변의 호수는 매우 맑았고 아침 산책하기에도 더할나위 없이 좋았습니다. 다음에도 방문한다면 꼭 다시 들르고 싶은 호텔이네요.

晚上九點check in．很累，回到房間原本以為可以直接睡覺 但進去房間時候．洗衣機正在運轉，而且無法關掉．不知道為什麼要等客人已經check in 才開始洗碗 而且洗碗機聲音很大． 此外，冰箱也是整晚發出噪音．

This property is easily a 5-star. The large room with its comfortable bed, large couch, fully equiped kitchen and well appointed bathroom. HOWEVER, the reason for not giving it a 5 star rating was because we selected and paid for a balcony with lake view. We recieved neither. The balcony is a Juliette balcony which we could bearly stand on. As for the lake view, quite honestly there was none.... not even if we stood on the bed.

I have stayed at Residence Inns at multiple locations and have come to appreciate their standard of service. However, this location let me down. The room had no hand soap at the wash basin. The front staff said that they had completely run out and could offer no alternatives, and told us to "just reach in and use the shower soap". Ridiculous. Hand soap is a basic necessity and I've had hotels make alternative arrangements in an emergency, e.g. could simply arrange a squeeze bottles from a local store. Was it really that much of a surprise for the staff? Later at night I asked for ear plugs, but again they said they had completely run out and could offer no solution. They offered to compensate some part of the room charge to make up for this lack of these basic services, but then reneged on it and said that they would instead just take off the parking fee. The cost that hit my credit card does not make any price adjustment for either of the above promises. Now do I need to reach out to them and figure this out again?

Very close to SeaTac airport. Large room which included a kitchen and the bathroom also was large and the shower was great.

Great stay, suite was very comfortable, the sofa bed sucked though! It was literally like sleeping on a box spring, there was hardly any padding at all, just terrible. And I think if a group is checking in with more than 2 people, the hotel should made the sofa bed for you, they should at least ask upon check in. But otherwise great stay. The breakfast staff lady could’ve been friendlier, no big deal but I think with a place that was a good experience, minor improvements can make it so much better but yes otherwise enjoyed the stay.

Clean dog spot close freindly!!

Needed to be near the airport for an early morning flight. Picked this location since it's close to rental car Return. Everything was handled with ease by the night staff. Only had a chance to sleep and shower in the morning... Total 5 hours. Great bed.

Wonderful front desk service with helping arrange for airport transportation and was wonderful in trying to accommodate an early check in. Terrific accessibility accommodations!
