Not the best 2 many codes 4 different doors booked 4 nights stayed 2 moved out 2 somewhere else

Communication was terrible. No info on how to get there all info was by watssap. Avoid this unclean, badly serviced place.

Terribe service. All done by watsapp took an hour to find the place as owner didnt respond. Place is rundown and dirty. No light on the staircase had to light it via phone.

Location great. Cleanliness could be better with hairs in shower and mismatched towels. Shower mix of glass and shower curtain . No safe though other rooms did have one.

Tried multiple times sine one week before arrival to get the acces codes to get in the hotel via email en phone since the form to be filled with our data doesn’t work. Contacted Expedia to find a solution, property was not reachable as well for Expedia!. No answer until the day before causing lots of stress and frustration, therefore booked another hotel in the meantime. Until now i have still no feedback from the property. Deffo a bad experience.

He visitado el hotel en otras ocasiones y lo mejor es su ubicación. Pero últimamente el estado de la habitación deja mucho que desear. El cuarto de baño está cada vez en peores condiciones: la ducha no se sujeta, la cortina y la barra rota. No hay estantería donde colocar el neceser ni colgadero para la toalla. En general el baño muy deficiente.

Experiência terrível. O quarto era ruim; além de escuro tinha um odor ruim. A janela no podia se abrir pois além de ter grade várias outras janelas conseguem ver dentro do quarto.

The place is not meant to be for resting or sleeping, the rooms beside were full of people partying, very noisy, they were smoking, drinking and there was a strong urine smell. At 1 in the morning we left and walked to another hotel, which meant we paid double as there was nobody we could talk to or complain about the noise levels or conditions. Terrible experience.

Property exagerated ,en suite? it was just a dated small room

Great place however it smelled like cigarettes a lot . Recommend some air fresheners but otherwise great

Fine, pretty basic but did the job for me on my own. Great location

For the price they should be doing so much better. The rooms are not clean (mini cockroach in bath included, stubs from cigarretes in the window slides), the towels, the bed sheets, everything what is inside is the lowest quality and requires upgrade. Overall the room is prepared without any attention to details. The location is central but there is also a noisy bar below so you have to think twice if you need to be so central.

Awful experience checking in. Chaotic and beyond difficult. We ended up trapped in an unmanned reception with another couple who had no idea what to do. No instructions on the desk. No codes given to get into the building or the reception. Some passer by on the street stopped and gave us the codes to get in - then we ended up being trapped. After finally finding a number drawn on the door - we finally got instructions whatsapped. This also took over half an hour as you had to register over what's app and when approved, finally the codes to the room was given. We should have had email through with all the details - including the location ( first floor ) and all the codes and check in details. Because we booked late that email didn't come. Very stressful and complicated. Room super noisy all night - over looking the bus stop and the bins - which seemed to be emptied several times a night. Awful experience and we stayed one night.

Smash in the middle of Torremolinos…. Everything inside the building smelled of warm smoke (cigarette smoke) the towels and sheets…. Apart from that it does exactly what it says on the tin..

Empezamos mal porque no había nadie en recepción y no sabíamos como entrar ni por donde la habitación no estaba mal pero estaba el suelo sucio lleno de pelos y no barren ningún día ni fregan solo estiran las sábanas lo único bueno la ubicación no repetiría sitio poco seguro
