전체 평가 및 리뷰 Kyoto Shinmachi Rokkaku Hotel grandereverie

후기가 많지 않아서 반신반의하면서 예약했는데 결과는 대만족입니다! 자세한 후기가 많지않아서 좋았던점 길게 적을게요. 조용한 동네에 위치해있지만 니시키시장까지 도보로 이동 가능하고 주변에 가라즈마역, 버스정류장들이 근접해있어서 다니는데 힘들진 않았습니다. 주요 관광지로 향하는 버스도 다양하게 다니고 근처에 식당이랑 펍도 여러군데 있어서 교토역 부근을 고집하시는게 아니라면 괜찮은 위치였어요. 최근에 오픈한터라 객실 컨디션은 매우 깨끗하고 쾌적해서 엄마가 무척 좋아하셨어요. 4인가족 여행이라 룸2개를 사용했는데 superior twin room이 특히나 좋았어요. 일본호텔치고 꽤 넓고 욕실 시설이 최신식이었어요. 창문도 살짝 열수있어서 환기도 가능했네요. 규모가 큰 호텔은 아니지만 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하시고 잘 준비되어있었어요. 프론트에는 직원 한 분씩 항상 계셨는데 다들 영어는 가능하셨고 한 분은 한국말을 꽤 유창하게 잘하셔서 소통하는데 편했어요. 24시간 운영하는 미니바에서 물과 쥬스,간단한 다과도 오가며 즐길수있었습니다. 여러모로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 크게 불편했던 점이 없어요. 추천합니다.

I recommend this hotel. The price is reasonable and the room condition was great. Also they were so friendly.

A beautiful space that is so quiet and serene you feel like you're the only people staying in the hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and the room was comfortable and spacious with lots of goodies. We loved our stay.

a lovely small (12 room) hotel, in a great location in central Kyoto. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and mostly understood English. The shower was... interesting. Maybe a bit over-engineered, but it worked. Never seen one like it before.

The room was much larger in comparison with similar priced hotels we stayed at in Tokyo. The bathroom was beautiful with a huge shower room, jacuzzi bath, separate toilet and washbasins. The hotel is immaculate , the staff are very courteous and helpful. They always had a smile on there faces. Great time

It felt like a luxurious home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing, the jetted tub was nice after a long day of walking. The staff were so wonderful to us. We felt relaxed and would absolutely stay here again.

Located on a quiet street, 15 minutes walk to shopping streets and Nishiki market. Rooms were decent size and beds were comfortable. Last but not least staff are very friendly!

We highly recommend this outstanding hotel. The customer service is simply the best we've ever had in any hotel. We have travelled around the world and never experienced such kind and caring staff that went out of their way to make our stay extra comfortable. We cannot thank the staff enough, they even helped arrnaged for my wife's watch to be sent from our previous hotel in Osaka where it was accidently left. We cannot say that it would have been found or returned in many other places! We wish we could rate this hotel higher than 5 stars thanks to the wonderful and very hospitable staff. The hotel is very clean and set in an ideal location. The room is spacious and comfortable. The restaurants nearby are great and the bar next door is awesome. A must stay in Kyoto. Thank you very much for the best stay, we would love to come back.

Room is very good! Staff are good! Everything is prefect. Just only one thing could be improved that I felt very inconvenient to find the hotel if I drive car.

Clean quiet and spacious with the best bathroom....

By far my favorite hotel that we stayed in during our visit to Japan. I prefer to stay a little out of the way of the major corridors, and this was a perfect fit with that in mind. About a 10-15 minute gets you out to the prime areas of town. The hotel staff were very kind and hospitable, and our room was pristine and spacious. Bed and linens all felt incredible, the little details go a long way. The hotel is mid-block so you won't have spectacular views, but you have peace and quiet, and a lovely place to spend some time. Highly recommended.
