Construction work startin 7:00am. Not possible to sleep after that.

The condo location is wonderful, situated just a few blocks from the CN Tower and Rogers Stadium, Home of the Blue Jays baseball team. There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife in the walkable area. To gain access to the building, you had to pick up the key from a “Key Cafe” lock box located in a restaurant nearby (the directions to find the box we’re not very clear as the key was not next door, but actually around the corner—returning the key was easy). The kitchen and living area of the condo was clean and nicely furnished/decorated. However, there were problems with the small bedroom. There was debris in many of the dresser drawers, there was a lot of dust on the wall/carpet at head of bed near plug access, the ceiling fan was also covered in dust—so we didn’t use it, there were hairs on the sheets, and the foot of the bed was just a few inches from the wall making it difficult to get around. The bathroom and shower were fine, but there were stains on the tub wall. The great views noted in the description of the condo and the picture of the pool are actually part of the 18th floor fitness room and rooftop decks—which were fabulous. The condo has a small patio with no scenic views. Lastly, no parking is included at the building, so it would have been helpful to have received info in advance about nearby/safe/economical parking.

Great location. One thing we wanted to note, the cupboard door above kitchen sink is very close to the pot light and we noticed that someone must have left the door open so it was right under the light and it must have got very hot as the door looked burned and the pot lot had brown around it as well. Not very safe as a fire hazard. Several pot lights were burned out. Rules on cupboard said not allowed to take anything out of closet but ran out of toilet paper and that is where stored. Hope that was OK and we don't get into trouble. Other than that awesome location and great place to stay. Thank you

Great location! Just about a ten minute walk to Rogers Center, CN Tower, and the aquarium. Parking lot half a block down the street. Building was very nice, quiet, and secure. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet as well. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in Toronto again. Very easy to pick up the key from the key cafe around the corner.

So close to the action of downtown and the harbour. Great location to explore the city on foot. The condo was comfort but needed a through cleaning and restocking of the kitchen of some of the basics (paring knife). Lots of broken items in the cupboards and burnt out light bulbs. I would stay there again for location and price and the ability to make limited meals.
