Prima Life is the best resort I've ever stayed. The room is very clean and has each terrace. The swimming pool is very wide and clean. The most wonderful thing is the private beach, which has a lot of tropical fish. Concierges are very helpful and kind. If I have a chance to trip for Egypt once again, I absolutely stay prima life again. Here is worth to visit overcoming 15 hours of flight.

Selon moi c'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels autour de Hurgada c'est à Makadi Baie avec une plage privée magnifique, la mer rouge d'un bleu turquoise et des milliers d'espace de poissons, tortues raie manta presque au bord de la plage ...🏖️ malheureusement parfois pollué par des ballons 🎈 que les touristes s'amuse à éclater pour leur plaisir, ils oublient que toutes ces bouts de plastique finissent par tuer la faune marine ! Il est URGENT d'arrêter cette activité pour la survie des Tortues et des poissons qui confondent ces bouts de ballons 🎈 plastique avec des poissons er s'étouffe avec !!!!!!! Merci de faire le nécessaire s'il vous plaît pour interdire ces ballons 🎈 au bord de la mer 🌊

Super service. La nourriture pourrait être jusque d'une petite meilleure qualité.

Recommended stay in this amazing resort in all Hurghada

While the coral reefs and marine life are truly breathtaking and superior to other resorts nearby, the overall experience was disappointing. The resort was extremely overcrowded during breakfast and dinner, creating a chaotic and stressful atmosphere. I suffered a severe gut infection (fever, vomiting, diarrhea) likely from the smoked salmon — raising concerns about food safety. The room’s AC unit released a strong sewage odor every time we returned, and a similar smell was noticeable around the main pool and hedges, possibly due to the use of sewage water for irrigation. The main pool was also visibly unclean. Pest control was poor — the presence of mosquitoes and lizards around rooms and public areas was uncomfortable and constant. Staff interactions were highly inconsistent; while some were kind, others were unprofessional or outright rude. Entertainment was intrusive rather than enjoyable, with loud music and an animation team that seemed exhausted and disheartened, despite their forced cheerfulness. It felt like the noise followed us everywhere, which made relaxation impossible. This feedback is shared not to criticize, but to highlight areas in need of immediate improvement. With proper attention to hygiene, environmental conditions, and staff training, the resort could live up to its exceptional natural beauty.

Special thanks to the friendly lifeguards , restaurant staff, Ahmed at the lobby bar , Youssef ( the beach bar) , my daughter loved the animation team , amazing experience , sandy beach & delicious food.

We loved the programs, animation team was really great. The seaside is beautiful, you don’t need to go anywhere to have a nice snorkie-time.

Ingesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das Fitness Bereich war leider sehr schlecht, könnte man fast gar nicht benutzen. Ich finde auch das Personal in Wellnes Bereich genauso wie das Entertainment Personal bischen anstrengt. Wurde man sehr oft angesprochen, und musste man jedes mal erklären warum ich was nicht kaufen wollte. Sonst sehr sauber und Personal in Hotel war eigentlich sehr nett und freundlich.

Bel hôtel fleuri mais tout en longueur et "coincé" entre 2 autres très grands hôtels et avec une petite plage et une zone de baignade restreinte. Heureusement, on peut aller dans la zone de baignade voisine, y compris pour la plongée en tuba où c'est beau dés le départ de la plage. Animations répétitives. Repas corrects. Bref, bon rapport qualité prix...

Everything was Perfect

Perfect beach and pool ,very poor service and food 1- Employees are poorly trained with no smile ,the bartender at the lobby made feel that he is from the banned brotherhood,I asked him for an alcoholic drink and he whispered saying “El 7aram is obvious and el helal is obvious “ الحرام بين والحلال بين 2- food is below average as well with very very poor desserts.omlette egg is half cooked ,shrimp is over grilled .nothing is to local or multinational standard However feteer on the beach and fresh baked bread was just perfect 3- animation team was good However,I wouldn’t recommend it and would never go there again. 4- they don’t respect Egyptians ,they respect only foreigners. Bingo game went 100% to foreigners . They offer fresh paid juice only to foreigners ,total Discrimination and disrespect. Food 1/10 Pool 10/10 Beach 10/10 Room 8/10 Stuff 2/10

This is our fifth time visiting this hotel, excellent staff as always, great beach, and great entertainment.

The hotel is so good. all the staff was so friendly and helpful especially Mr Abu El Khair at the reception, And the view of the room was pool view.. so pretty and the room was new and clean. The beach also so good and sandy and has very amazing coral reefs and the snorkeling experience is so great there.. And everyday there was an amazing pizza on the beach made by Chef Gaber really really amazing Napolitano pizza maker.. and the program of the activities is so amazing every moment you have something to do and the animation team is so active and the evening program is so pretty too every day something different. We like it and it's our first time and we're coming back sooon for sure.
