Wonderful and beautiful hotel. We travelled with our dog and everything was perfect. The breathtaking view, artistic interior and super nice staff made our trip more pleasant. The view is just superb from the bathroom, and every corner inside the hotel has its charm. The room was clean and rather spacious. Great experience! If I have another chance to visit here, this hotel will be my first choice.

The worst value for money you can have in this city. The owner, the AV, the breakfast, the room, the access, everything does not work. Run away

Vi nød opholdet i suiten. Indtrykket var kærlighed til alle valg af møbler og indretning. Og udsigten over kløften og landskabet var enestående. Tak for en stor oplevelse.

Beautiful old world feel. Awesome view of the bridge and gorge. Very accommodating with early check in. Only issue was we had no hot water for our shower. We did not realize it was an issue until the morning and we had an early train. No one at front desk at that hour to assist.

Parking was very hard in the area so we were told to park at a pay parking lot about 600 meters walking.

What a beautiful location, overlooking the famous Ronda bridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was amazing. The only issue was the parking - lot suggested was full so we were in our own for finding an alternative. But all-in-all it was a great hotel

Me parece inaudito que a finales de noviembre, en montaña, no esté funcionando la calefacción y quieran suplirla con un pequeño calefactor electrico

La parete della camera era in condizioni vergognose, piena di muffa. Prima ci è stato detto che quello era, dato che la struttura era piena. Poi la versione è cambiata e ci è stata offerta una stanza senza vista, con un ridicolo minimo rimborso della mancanza della vista. La ragazza alla reception sgarbata e incapace di comunicare in inglese, ha parlato in spagnolo perché tanto da italiana avrei capito. La camera è venduta come vista ponte: il ponte si vede sporgendosi dalla finestra. Nel bagno, vasca usurata non invitante.

A great place to stay to visit Ronda, couldn’t be more central and easy to walk around the main attractions. Hotel was very nice, a little old-fashioned but friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely room with a big balcony and the most amazing views of the new bridge, the gorge and the mountains.

The views were amazing and I wanted to completely love this property. However, my room had a distinct mildew smell and at one end sewage. I could see new paint stains where some clean up might have been done but the smell was awful. I was only there two nights, or else I would have asked to change rooms.

Stunning property with an amazing view of the Puento Nuevo. The room and terrace were gorgeous - the only reason we didn't use them more was that the hotel is only meters from all of the top attractions in Old Ronda. We would be delighted to visit again

Difficult to park, hotel staff did not help with luggage.
