전체 평가 및 리뷰 Prima Luxury Rooms

정말 좋았습니다. 구시가지 중앙에 있기에 인근 관광지를 둘러볼 수 있었고 주요 맛집 또한 바로 근처에 있습니다. 호스트가 정말 친절했어요! 싱글룸을 사용했는데 방에는 필요한 모든 것들이 있었고 청결도 아주 좋았습니다. 침구는 깨끗했고 욕실도 쾌적했습니다. 체크인 전 방을 시원하게 만들어주셔서 들어가자마자 편하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 지도를 보며 주요 관광지와 맛집, 가볼만 한 곳들을 알려주셔서 여행 내내 잘 이용했습니다. 추천해준 식당과 아이스크림 가게 모두 맛있었어요! 아파트먼트 공용 복도에는 커피와 차를 마실 수 있게 작은 싱크대가 마련되어 있었습니다. 저는 아침마다 커피를 내려서 마셨어요~ 객실 내부에는 에어컨과 냉장고, 드라이기, 금고, 빨래건조대, 다리미, 옷걸이가 구비되어 있었고 필요시 냉장고 안 미니바를 유료로 이용할 수 있습니다. TV도 있었지만 언어가 달라 보지는 않았어요^^ 객실과 욕실에 화분을 놓아둔 것도 좋았습니다. 방 안에 있는 화분이 진짜 꽃인줄 알고 물을 줬지만요 :D 싱글침대와 소파가 있었기에 휴식공간은 충분했습니다. 창문도 따로 있어서 아침 저녁으로 환기를 시켰습니다. 스플리트에 다시 방문한다면 꼭 여기로 다시 가고싶어요~

찾기쉽고 친절한 스텝덕에 너무나 좋았습니다 차를 주차할 곳을 알려주셔서 저렴하고 편하게 할수 있었습니다 24시간 기준 40쿠나였어요 방은 좁은감이 있었지만 깨끗하고 편안했습니다 공동으로 사용할 수 있는 커피포트와 커피&차가 마련되어 있어 좋았어요

깔끔하고 친절하고 스플리트에서 만족스러웠던 숙소! 무엇보다 화장실도 넓고 룸컨디션도 좋음 자라랑도 가깝고 다음에 가면 또 가고 싶은 곳

Although this property is outside the Diocletian Palace walls it is close enough to be able to walk everywhere.

The room itself was great for the cost and the staff was very friendly. Only issue was trying to locate the entrance. The signage is very poor, and hard to locate. Plus you need a special code to even get into the door. Needed help from the staff and they were very responsive on WhatsApp but was just frustrating and it was extremely hot. Beware too no elevator and the rooms are on the third floor.

Very noisy rooms. I could hear every conversation and text notification. I was not given the code to come in even though I advised I was arriving before reception hours.

Lovely clean rooms and incredibly friendly host. A little traffic noise, but otherwise very comfortable stay.

Stayed for one night - the host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The room was clean and smart and the bed comfy - no complaints!

Very convenient location just outside Split old town. Very modern room with all the things you need and the space to feel comfortable.

Great place! Would benefit from a few more signs to make it easier to locate the entrance. It was also impossible to sleep with the windows open due to a lot of traffic noise, but overall, pleased about this stay!

Great little place to stay, my room was very tiny but as a solo traveller it was sufficient, nice short walk into the centre where everything is happening, the staff was really friendly and helpful

If there were 10 stars location would get all 10 , rooms were nice , parking was a challenge but we were able to find something about a 10 min walk . No signage visible on building as it’s in a large shared space …be sure to have outside picture of door to help locate .

Lovely little place. A bit hard to find the entrance but once you do it’s easy. Right in the most beautiful part of Split. Great restaurants night life and things to do during the day.

Very good night sleep in Split. Great location 2 minutes from the very centre.

Very clean room with organized reception & check-in. We got a WhatsApp message a day prior arrival with information. It is within the old-town of Split, close by to the palace & bus station. 1min walk is a small super market. Good AC (important during summer times). Only two things to consider: 1) rooms are in 1st floor with no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up & down and 2) doors have very thin walls/doors so you can hear everything happening outside in the hallway.
