아주 깨끗하고 위치가 좋습니다. 궁전방문도 걸어서 가능하고 근처 해변도 걸어서 가능하고, 반면에 조용한 동네입니다. 주인 분이 추천한 식당도 맛있고 근처에 있어서 편리합니다. 다음에 또 방문할 만한 숙소입니다.

I arrived earlier than check-in and the cleaner was there and so lovely!! She didn’t want me waiting so she had me come in and the bed was prepared so had me sit and got me water while she finished up. So sweet and helpful after 10+ hours of travelling. The beach is right next door so it took 1 minute to walk and relax and enjoy the view. Entry was easy and building was very safe with 3 codes to get to your room. The city centre with walking tours, food etc was a 15 minute walk at most. Room was perfect with coffee and fridge and safe etc. The only hard part were the stairs. I travelled alone with quite a bit of luggage (too much lol) and I had to make 3 trips up several flights dragging the bags. I was exhausted BUT there isn’t anything they can do about it and I think as long as you’re capable I wouldn’t let it deter you. Good exercise lol.

Close to the ferry port and bus station. Clean room and bathroom. Easy check in and check out. Very nice accommodations.

The Dream Luxury Rooms were clean and upgraded/very modern. The directions to enter the room were clear and easy to understand. It is in a great center location. Easy to catch a Blue Cave Island tour.

Lovely room and bathroom, great view. Getting the luggage up and down the stairs was difficult without a lift. We were able to leave our bags in the secure hallway before the afternoon checkin time and that worked well for us. The building itself is relatively old, but the room was super. Very convenient for the beach, the port and the old town.

Tis is a great property in a convenient location. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only detail I would make people aware of is that there is no lift. You have to carry your luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

Our room was very beautiful! It was a little difficult getting our suitcases up for flights of stairs, but we managed. The AC was heavenly! We loved our king-size bed and the duvet covers, which were very comfortable. We had an awesome stay in Croatia! The hotel management was very attentive to our needs. We emailed them to ask for more towels and got them the very next day. Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend this property!

Good choice. Good central location but a lot of noise from people on the street in the evening and the night. Very nice room and beautiful arcitectur. Very clean and confortable.

We wanted a one night stay as we had an early ferry to Dubrovnik booked for the next morning. Dreams is ideally located, being just uphill from the port. It also has a beach area on one side if you want this. Instructions for getting into the room were clear we had everything we needed, including a nice coffee machine 😊

Very nice room. The downside was that there was no parking for blocks of the apartment.

The location is perfect: easy walking distance from the ferry looking at the sea and a lovely local beach. Downtown is a nice short walk along the water. The room was good, excellent bed, wonderful view, capsule coffee maker and hot water kettle with tea. I really appreciated the excellent bathroom, completely modern with a wonderful rain shower. The place was also impeccably clean and quiet. The AC was very good. Check in was easy.

The good: The room is located in a very walkable area of Split between the city center and Bacvice. The room was up to date and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was also quite comfortable. The bad: The room smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke even though there are “no smoking” signs posted on the premises. I informed the owner of this during our stay and he said that maybe it was smoke drifting in through the window. It was not. The smell of cigarette smoke was so ingrained in the room that multiple guests have likely smoked in this room before. I hope the owner actually addresses this problem instead of making more excuses.

Nice stylish room in a great prime location next to bavice beach with paid parking option available nearby.
