전체 평가 및 리뷰 Staybridge Suites SEATTLE DOWNTOWN - LAKE UNION by IHG, an IHG Hotel

한국에서 떠나기 두 달 전에 스테이브리지 스위트 시애틀 ING호텔에 359,000원을 카드로 결제하고 찾아갔다. 시애틀은 두 번째 방문이라 인터넷에서 검색하여 타코마공항에서 Link Light Rail을 타고 40여분 걸려 Capitol Hall에서 내려서 힘들게 현지인의 도움을 받아서 스테이브리지 스위트 시애틀 ING호텔에 오후 1시 30분경 도착하여 이른 체크인을 했다. 직원이 보증금을 요구해 신용카드를 줬더니 두 사람의 보증금 75달러를 각각 승인 받아 지불되었다. 그런데 보증금 외에도 영문도 모르는 돈이 149.99달러가 지불되어 인출되었기에 로비에 내려가 직원에게 이 돈은 무슨 돈인데 나갔느냐고 했더니 실수로 그랬다면서 반환될 거라고 해서 참았는데 다음날 승인 취소되었다. 그런데 보증금 외에 그 이후에 또 모르는 돈이 34,95달러나 지불되어 체크 아웃하면서 따졌더니 그것은 청구되지 않았다고 해서 참으로 어이가 없었다. 보증금은 영업일 기준 3~5일 후에 반환된다고 해서 기다리는 중이다. 지금 알래스카 크루즈 여행 중이라 휴대폰 문자를 보았는데 아직도 반환되지 않고 있다. 해외여행을 준비 중인 분들은 호텔에서의 이런 경우가 많으니 신중하게 호텔을 예약하시기 바랍니다. 귀국일 전날 묵을 호텔은 후불로 숙박비가 지불되었지만 걱정입니다. 혹시나 귀국하여도 돈이 반환되지 않는다면 카드사에 호텔에 불법을 알리고 지불정지를 할 것입니다. 호털에 대한 숙박 경험은 근처에 식당이나 점포를 찾아볼 수 없어 불편했습니다.

Free self laundry service. Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was good!! Parking fees are ridiculous!!! Wouldn't stay here again!!

Had a pleasant stay, very easy walking distance to locations we were interested and lots of dining and shopping around- felt safe walking around even at very late night hours. Breakfast was good and convenient! Definitely staying again when visiting Seattle.

My family and I were in town for a festival. The property is conveniently located near the highway. Thankfully there was no outside noise. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean, and the kitchenette was a bonus perk. Jeremy at the front desk was super polite and accommodating. We would stay here again.

It felt like staying in a studio apartment! Staff was friendly, accommodating and informative of places nearby for tourists.

The room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the food and beer from the bar. I was disappointed that the bar was not open Sunday evening. It was a long walk to Pike Place. A decent walk to the space needle. Lots of Uber’s available.

Great place to stay. The room was clean had e full size fridge, disk washer, microwave oven and toaster. The market was about a 20 minute walk next to the space needle. About 20 minutes walk to space needle. There a bus stop in front of hotel that take you to Pike Market. About $3 a trip. The morning Buffet was great drom 6:30am to 9:30am. We only had one issue and that was when the rain storm came in it took out the power for the fridge. But it was fixed by the next day. Staff was very friendly. The Security was great at this hotel you had to have a keypass to get in the elevator or to get into the building. Very saft. LLP
