한국인 후기가 없어서 많이 걱정했어요. 제가 그래서 한국어로 후기를 남기려합니다. 1. 주인이 너무 너무 친절해요. 다음날 계획까지 물어봐 주시고, 마사지 받고 싶다고 하니까 합리적인 가격의 마사지샵으로 전화 예약도 도와주셨어요. 한국와서 검색해보니까 거의 반값에 받았더라구요! (친구랑 저랑 모로코 사람들한테 겁이 많은 상황이라, 도보 7분 거리 마사지샵 데려다주시고 데리러 오신 건 비밀.. 완전 감동) 2. 요리가 너무 맛있어요. 조식도 맛있고, 세상에 오믈렛까지 주다니! 핫초코와 착즙기로 간 듯한 오렌지주스도 너무 맛있었습니다. 3. 룸 인테리어에 또 한번 깨꼬닥. 화장실까지 이쁘면 어떡하라는 거죠?? 친구랑 간 게 실수였어요. 장미 꽃이 이곳 저곳 아주아주 많았답니다. 커플끼리 가면 정말 여기보다 좋은 호텔 없을 듯 해요~^^ 4. 밤에 별이 많아요~ 옥상공원에서 올려다보면서 술 마시면 크~~~ 짱 좋아요! 1층이랑 2층에 각각 쉴 수 있는 작은 거실이 있어요. 아침 햇살 받으며 참새 소리 들으며 기분 좋은 시작을 할 수 있어요~ 아직도 더 쓰고 싶을 정도로 친절하고 기분 좋은 곳이었어요. 길 찾아주고 돈 달라고 행패부리는 동네 양아치 청소년들로부터 확실히 보호해주셨구요~ 집 돌아가는 날 호갱 당하지말라고 공항가는 택시까지 직접 잡아주셨어요! 완전 다른 관광객에 비교하면 반값.. 여기 안 갔으면 백번 천번 후회할 뻔 했어요. 감사합니다 뮤뮤! 뮤로! 쥬뗌므!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kamer was netjes, schoon, goede airconditioning en met een prima bed. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanuit het Riad liep je zo de medina in. Veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand.

Great riad and even greater staff, very friendly and gave us great recommendation on spots to check out.

The only thing I liked was the staff, they were very nice and very helpful. The most I didn't like was the area around the hotel was very very dirty.

Charming and elegant, wonderful staff, quiet location in the Medina. Delicious breakfast, not far from many dining options. Best for a local experience, you can walk to many things.

Friendly helpfull staff

The hotel is great. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. The rooms are nice and eclectic. It is down a back alley, I recommend having your eSIM or data up and running. The locals will show you then demand money. Not the hotels fault at all just be a prepared tourist and don’t be taken advantage of.

Our stay at this beautiful riad was amazing! It truly felt like a hidden oasis – calm, quiet, and full of charm. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The shuttle service organized by the riad worked perfectly, and every request was taken care of with a smile. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and our room was beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style and very comfortable. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience!

Lovely riad with very friendly and accommodating staff. We were immediately welcomed with some mint tea, cookies, and a run-down of things to do in the area. We loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay! A beautiful oasis in the middle of a very busy area. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. A traditional Moroccan breakfast is included, which was delicious. We would recommend staying here for an authentic experience.

Beautiful Riad

I had signed up for a certain room, they said it was booked for someone else. It was unoccupied though. They knew the time I was arriving and I had the VIP amenity with Expedia yet at 3pm was when the room was ready. This was the 4th place I stayed at in Morocco, yet it had the most absent staff. I had to ask three times for help with getting heating in the room. The shower pressure if you hit it wrong blasted the entire bathroom with water leaving a huge puddle infront of the sink. This place may be better in summer, except you need to walk to get water bottles. I wasn't told that there was water available on site. They DID help with pickup and drop off. You paid for the driver at the Riad so you do not need to tip or pay them when they get you.

A unique and special place. It tucked away in Medina so you will need staff to meet you at taxi. Staff very helpful and genuine. Wifi a bit sluggish is my only quibble. Thoroughly recommended, esoevually if you are done with the cookie cutter hotels that populate every major city.

Inside the Riad, everything is very good and the staff are great. Unfortunately, the heater in our room did not work. More important, I find its location and neighborhood below my expectation. The Medina of Marrakech is rather big and complex in terms of walking through its winding alleys and competing for passages with the motorcycles. Dar Dialkoum is situated in the north side of the medina while the historical sites such as the Saadian Tomb and the El Badi Palace are in the south. As its neighborhood is more authentic than touristic, it also took me longer to reach a good cafe or restaurants than I expected. So, one star off.

Excellent few days sightseeing from great location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely room and building and very enjoyable staff.

We stayed 3 nights at this Riad in Marrakech. The service was good as they always were so kind to us. From the moment we checked in, to help us book transfer for a tour. Customer service wise this property is excellent with great communication with guests. Now these are some key points for this property to pay attention to help future travelers to get a better experience. The bathroom’s sink was clogged which was an huge inconvenience. The Riad is beautiful inside but the location of the Riad outside is kind of scary. So be aware that when you get to this property the outside location is not a nice looking place. It is located in the middle of locals market selling goods and you have to walk between aisle with tons of people selling stuff and it kind of make up feel like you was dropped off in the wrong location. Overall we had a good stay but the location outside of this property and the bathroom sink situation make us give this hotel a rating below average.
