Disappointing overall experience compared to other hotels in this chain. Check in experience was poor as my wife was denied room access before I arrived despite messaging in advance to explain she would be there first. Reception staff were rude in handling this situation. The rooms are clearly minor refurbs from the hotels previous exeistence and lack the quality and flair of the Edinburgh and (sadly now non existent) Glasgow hotels. Bathrooms in particular are dated Overall a pretty flat experience from a brand that promises more.

It's a clean, well maintained hotel in a good location, staff on reception were very polite. We had breakfast on the second day that had a few problems, nothing too serious, but I'm not giving it a perfect mark mainly because I thought the rooms were a bit cold in style. Nice big windows to keep it bright, but a bit small and I know booked the cheapest room, but it wasn't that cheap, which means there are better out there at this price range.

Super lækkert hotel og morgenmad kan absolut anbefales. Eneste minus var at der var høj musik på 7. Og vi boede på 4. Og kunne høre bassen.

Always great product. Above and beyond moment for our family - asked front desk about premier league game tickets - how to purchase. Fod steps over and offers up his personal tickets. And rally’s a friend to give up his for a third ticket. Absolutely fantastic! And thanks again Fod!

Virgin Hotel, London** My recent stay at [Hotel Name] in London was marked by a mix of experiences, both positive and negative, that are worth sharing. **Check-In Experience** Upon arrival, I encountered significant challenges during the check-in process. The procedure required me to sign in on a tablet, which posed difficulties due to my disability. Although I communicated my concerns to the reception staff, I initially felt embarrassed and frustrated while waiting at the main reception. Fortunately, after some time, a staff member stepped in to assist me, which alleviated some of the stress. However, this initial interaction set the tone for an experience that I found to be less than welcoming. **Pool Facilities** The hotel's pool area was another disappointment. Contrary to the promotional images that suggested a magnificent indoor setting, I discovered that the pool is, in fact, an outdoor facility. While it is heated, the reality fell short of my expectations. I was informed that I could attend the pool area in the dressing gown provided, only to find that an event was taking place, requiring me to walk past other guests to access the pool. This lack of privacy and the underwhelming ambiance of the pool area contributed to my dissatisfaction, leading me to return to my room without utilizing the facilities. **Customer

Hotel is less than 2 years old with very virgin red design - hip and trendy with well appointed rooms with steam shower and fun bar and rooftop restaurant. A hotel that was the destination in itself but lots of trendy restaurants nearby

Not too centric.

The room and amenities were excellent - we loved the heated rooftop pool (open even in Feb) and the in-room steam shower. However, we had terrible sleep due to being able to hear the music from the hotel’s bar until well past 2am, even with earplugs in and despite normally being easy sleepers. Very frustrating given how much they charge for rooms.
