Le 22 Apartment Hotel in Casablanca was an absolute relief after our nightmare Riad stay in Marrakech! The place is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. Located right in the city center, it’s close to everything yet peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast is simple but good — enough to start the day right. The staff were polite and professional, and the entire stay felt safe and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Casablanca!

It was hard to get a good night’s sleep because it was too noisy during the night.. cars and trucks kept passing by, and the horns were very loud. Breakfast was also quite limited, and there weren’t any plates to serve yourself. You had to keep going back to pick things up one by one, which was very inconvenient when it should have been the opposite.

worst place to stay in casablanca, poor wifi in the rooms, no one assists you if you need something, a lot of attitude from the workers, very noisy area, and the elevator is old and makes a lot of noises ,you cant get 2 keys only 1 which is really inconvenient if your traveling with more than one person because the key is capable of the lights in the room just very poor service and industry overall don’t recommend at all

Séjour au top ! L’appart’hôtel est très bien équipé, propre et calme. Tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon passage ici. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appart’hôtel. Tout était parfait : l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté irréprochable, le confort des équipements, et l’emplacement idéal. Rien à redire, je suis entièrement satisfait et je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci pour cette belle expérience

The beds were very comfortable. There was an issue with ants in the bathroom. The front desk was helpful with the issue

Very confortable apartment in the city center. The receptionist that works till midnight was very helpful and sympathetic. The studio has everything you need. there's no much privacy once there's a residencial building right in front of the room but if you pass the day out it's not a big problem. Parking in front of the hotel, very convenient. I recommend.

Overall was an excellent experience, the place was very clean and tidy. breakfast was very good. I would like to thank my friend Ali for his awesome welcoming

Good costumer service

Le séjour c’est très bien passé le personnel était au petit soin vraiment bien. Juste un point négatif l’accès à la laverie est payant et effectué par le personnel et pas de service de repassage pour les chemise pas top.

It was laid out like an apartment not tiny hotel rooms Im uses to staying in.

It is a clean and well organized property. Breakfast was assorted with good varieties. People at the reception are friendly.

Chambre propre, quartier calme et personnel très accueillant . Nous avons été déçu de ne pas avoir la terrasse qui était mentionné dans le descriptif de notre chambre et n’avons bénéficié d’aucun extérieur. Le parking est extrêmement étroit, seules les petites voitures peuvent y stationner . Pour finir, nous avons eu 1 serviette de toilette pour 4 et la taxe de séjour et plus cher qu’annoncer sur le site, il faut compter en réalité 20 dh par personnes ( y compris petits enfants) et par jours

My family and I were surprised when we saw this apartment hotel. Everything was western model and very clean and comfortable. The suit was very cozy and the staff were very kind and willing to help. I definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

appartamento molto ben curato, pulito, mobilio quasi nuovo, doccia comoda, terrazzo grande e ben attrezzato con sdraio, sedie, tavolo, palestra, wifi,giardinetto interno, ottima colazione europea

الأخلاق العالية والطيبة وحسن التعامل من الموظفين خصوص أمين ومصطفى هشام والبقية كذلك ولا أنسى الشيف عبدالله .الله يعمرها من دار مثل مايقول المغاربة. الافطار جيد نوع ما. - وجود مواقف للفندق ولكن اذا امتلاءت توقف شوية بعيد بس هما يتكلفوا مع الحارس. - النظافة ممتازة - وجود شرفة في الشقة وجلسة. - وجود الصوفا الي تتحول الى السرير ممتازة
