Complex and rooms were very clean, breakfast was ok..but could have been a lot hotter. Hotel is about 20 minute walk to beach downhill....return journey is a lot longer and more difficult. Not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Lovely restaurant opposite...but no others within very short distance

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja asiakaspalvelu toimi hyvin. Huoneet ja yleiset tilat olivat siistit.

Das Zimmer war ok, jedoch wurde nur gereinigt auf direkte Aufforderung an das Personal (2 x in 10 Tagen). Alle waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gym war sehr gut. Der späte Check-in (16h) ist viel zu spät für früh anreisende Gäste. Das Essen am Poolrestaurant ist nahezu ungenießbar zu unverschämten Preisen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl und die Qualität der meisten Speisen lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Es ist sehr eng und überfüllt und personell unterbesetzt. Die Angestellten sind gestresst und überfordert und kommen kaum nach alles aufzufüllen. Deshalb haben wir nach ein paar Tagen nur noch draußen gegessen. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Herbergin eru frábær, við vorum með sjávarsýn. Herbergin eru mjög stór og allt til alls. Sundlaugargarðurinn frábær en þar sem hótelið er ofarlega í brekku er oft skýjað. Rúta sem fer fram og til baka á ströndina er æði! Morgunmaturinn æðislegur og kvöldmaturinn ágætur.

Large and clean room. Very time consuming check-in. Located in a very steep hill, so not great for walking.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Maintenance teams were always pro active to keep on top of any defects which I liked. 3 pools. Only a 5 min walk up the hill from the main Los Cristinaos nightlife so it’s not that big a deal like some people have complained about. Would I go back ? Absolutely

At this time of year people go to Tenerife to get some sun not to be sold tickets for an outside dinner and where a fleece it was so much better when it was inside and you had a proper restaurant Also the sun beds were always put away at night in rows and very tidy now they are left all over the place people are smoking by the pool and drinking from glass bottles and using the white towels from the room to put on there sun beds I’m sorry to say that we will not return next year

Enjoyed our stay, clean well kept grounds. Spacious well equipped room. At the top of a hill which means lovely views. Nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Free coach up and down the hill from 10am till 6pm

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Ona Hollywood Mirage après une croisière. Le début du séjour s’est bien passé : l’établissement est agréable, propre et bien entretenu, et la chambre était confortable. En revanche, notre dernière journée a été très décevante. Un mot laissé sous notre porte annonçait une coupure de courant le matin du départ, en précisant que l’éclairage, le téléphone et le réfrigérateur resteraient fonctionnels. Le lendemain, nous avons découvert que ce n’était pas du tout le cas : plus aucune lumière, ce qui rendait difficile de finir nos valises ou de se préparer ; pas d’eau, alors que cela n’était absolument pas mentionné ; pas de Wi-Fi, ce qui complique l’organisation d’un départ. Cela a rendu la fin du séjour très inconfortable, notamment pour prendre une douche avant le check-out. La réception s’est limitée à répondre que “c’est à cause des travaux”, sans solution ni excuse. Autre point important : l’hôtel était extrêmement bruyant, avec beaucoup d’enfants courant et criant dans les couloirs et les espaces communs, sans aucune intervention du personnel, ce qui retirait tout aspect reposant au séjour. En résumé : un cadre agréable et propre, mais une gestion très approximative des travaux, une communication insuffisante et une ambiance trop bruyante pour un séjour serein.

Hôtel propre mais vetuste (sanitaire défectueux, court circuits), bruyant, mal insonorisé Petit déjeuner bon et varié mais certains plats pourraient être plus chauds. Il est appréciable d y voir des fruits locaux. Même remarque pour le restaurant le soir. Le personnel est sympathique, mais pas fiable du tout… En somme, c est un hôtel à éviter. Il y a mieux dans la ville. Surtout que l hôtel est loin de toutes commodités.
