Friendly and helpful staff

We neede a place to get peace and rest. We had a one bedroom suite and we're delighted. Had our supper delivered and had plenty of room to eat there.

Propre et bien situé.

Clean, quiet, safe hotel. Places to eat within walking distance.

Loved the option to cook in the hotel room instead of dining out all week.

The suite we booked was perfect for our needs. Any staff members we met were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Had to get a hotel last minute after flight cancellation. Could not have been more friendly and professional. All round great stay.

It was OK,the room was spacious and moderately clean, the hot breakfast was not very good unfortunately.

Loved staying here with our family and two dogs. It was clean and spacious. Front desk was welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and offered lots of options. We did find the bed mattresses a bit worn and unsupportive, especially the pull-out sofa bed but that was the only reason to deduct one star. Very pleased to find this great pet-friendly hotel in a busy city on our long journey.

Positives: The room was spacious with good amenities and a comfortable bed. Very clean. Gym is spacious and decent equipment, pool looked nice but small. Negatives: Breakfast uninspired with some kind of fake scrambled eggs, brown bananas and mealy apples as only fruit. Was charged a huge sum for not checking out on time when in fact the hotel had my checkout day wrong. It was resolved in the end but it felt like onus was on me to sort it and the communication through the process was poor. Staff were all very nice so I see these negatives as management issues. There are two other hotels right across the parking lot from this one and colleagues had a better breakfast at least at the Hampton!

Friendly staff

Very clean room with all appliances in perfect working order. A/c was easy to adjust to the required temperature. Rather average free breakfast. Unfortunately, when large groups of sport teams arrive, only paper plates and plastic knives and forks are supplied, which are very flimsy. In-room kitchens are clean, functional and well accessorized (fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher). Beds are comfortable, sheets and bathrooms very clean and updated. The only issue I would have would be the shower supplies: the shampoo is a bit too strong (conditioner helps), and the shower gel is very difficult to rinse off. The hand/body lotion when fully absorbed made my hands feel very dry. Parking was free although without the privileged hotel membership one had to park across the street or behind the building.
