전체 평가 및 리뷰 Selina Oaxaca

The hotel itself is quite nice, well-decorated, clean, comfortable bed and the location is very centric. But be aware that there’s a roof top bar playing loud music until late at night. I stayed on a weekend night and the guests in the room right next to me played music very loudly all night long(until 2 am I think), but nothing has been done from the hotel admin. Also you get to hear all the cars passing by if you get a room assigned facing the street.

I just stayed here as a solo female traveler and I can’t recommend it enough! Perfect location, great hostel and friendly/helpful staff. Cannot wait to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Selina Oaxaca. Cokowking was perfect until Thursday when Wifi wouldn't properly work. The terrace was closed due to construction. We would have loved to be advised before realizing it. Otherwise, would recommend :)

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. It was convenient to be able to get breakfast at the adjoining bar/ restaurant. Things were lively and noisy till 10 p.m., then very quiet all night. Close to SO many neutral and fun things to do and see! I would definitely stay there again.

La habitación que me asignaron da a la calle y fué totalmente imposible dormir por el ruido de los coches y la gente que anda de fiesta, se escucha muchísimo ruido, creo que deberían de poner atención en algún aislante de ruido, puesto que es de las habitaciones privadas que son un poco más elevadas en costo, no dejan ni una botellita de agua, no hay secador de cabello, creo que le falta bastante en relación precio-calidad. Lo del ruido si es muy muy importante que lo tomen en cuenta porque de verdad parece que están dentro de la habitación y no hubo forma humana de poder conciliar el sueño. La ubicación si es muy buena y está lindo

Tenía una reserva. Llegue de noche y tenían la habitación ocupada y me dejaron en la calle. Sin hotel y sin darme ninguna solución. Atención al cliente, terrible. Nunca me había pasado esto

Mal atención con personal de recepción poco capacitado especialmente si llegas después de las 11 pm

My stay at Selina was great. I was looking for something affordable and decent, but also accessible to the centro. The rooms were decent, and always clean. I would definitely book them again next time I visit Oaxaca.

No soy tan exigente, poco suelo quejarme, pero sin duda mi estancia aquí fue terrible, el trato de la recepción cuando llegamos pésimo, no nos dieron papel higiénico en las habitaciones menos agua para beber, nunca tuvimos agua caliente en ninguna de las dos habitaciones, no se puede dormir es súper ruidoso, el ruido entra por todas partes y se escucha mucho, a mi me encantan los Selina pero en este definitivamente me fue terrible. Jorge el mesero de el restaurante es lo único rescatable, su atención es muy buena!

Mi reserva no estaba reflejada en el sistema a mi llegada. La recepcionista fue muy poco comunicativa hasta anunciar que nos daba un upgrade por falta de disponibilidad. La habitación fue aceptable (suerte que tuvimos ese upgrade!) pero se escuchaba todos los ruidos de la calle por tener ventanas muy antiguas. No recomendable si quieres dormir bien. Otro punto fue el poco de profesionalismo y interés por ayudar a los hespuedes de la recepción.

Stayed here before, this time was good too, would recommend.
