Poor Service and hospitality

My room was not cleaned and housekeeping didn’t bother to clean every day on my 3night stay, out of the dining menu most of the items are not available

It was amazing, we enjoyed a lot

Was so good we extended another night!! Well done team at this resort!!

Instead of staying in busy Lonavala - we decided to book two rooms here. We were very im[pressed with ALL aspects - from exceptionally friendly management and staff to the pool were all amazing. The food was a surprise as hotel food is usually average in my opinion but their food was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend this hotel to all as it was a pleasure staying here and given i come to Mumbai a lot - we will certainly be coming back again for another stay.
