오피스와의 소통은 좋았고 넓은 객실과 주방용품이 있어서 좋았습니다. 시설은 조금 낡은 상태고 엘리베이터가 작아서 단체가 들어가고 나갈때 시간이 오래걸렸습니다. 주변에 빵집과 편의점 등이 있어서 좋았고 시내에 접급성이 좋습니다.

My stay at Raphael Kaiser was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, and I could easily contact customer service anytime. The location was great, with tourist attractions nearby, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the tram and train stations. 급하게 1박 예약했던 숙소라서 아쉬웠습니다.... 이 아파트는 시설이 정말 좋아서요.... 너무 기간이 짧아서 아쉬웠어요.... 깨끗하고 시설도 너무 좋았구요..... 부엌도 있어서 마트들렸다가 밥해먹기도 엄청 좋은 곳이였어요! 아! 저희가 전날에 급하게 예약한 호텔인데요! 메일로 체크인하는 방법이 왔었는데 스팸으로 가 있었나봐요! 저희는 몰라서 사무실에 노크를 했지만 어피스 직원은 정말 친절히더 문을 열어주며 저희가 숙소로 들어갈 수 있게 도움을 주셨습니다! 정말 빈에서 묵기 정말 좋은 숙소였어요!!!! 그리고 시내랑은 약간 거리가 있지만 저희는 다 걸어다닐만해서 궁전갈때만 1회교통권만 사용해서 위치도 좋다고 생각합니다!

위치는 메인 관광지와 조금 떨어져있는데 걷는거 좋아하시는 분이면 걸을만한거리예요 15분정도? 근데 시설이 너무 좋아서 위치는 전혀 신경쓰이지 않았어요~~ 방 두개가 거의 분리돼있고 샤워실이 방에 각각 붙어있어서 너무 편했습니다~

Our stay in Vienna offered a great balance of comfort and accessibility. We stayed in a top-floor unit, which provided a quiet and private atmosphere, yet remained within a short walk of major tourist attractions and local supermarkets. The location is exceptionally well-connected to the city's metro system, making exploration effortless. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including laundry facilities, reliable high-speed WiFi, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and milk provided. While the building features reliable lift access and the management was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, we did encounter some minor technical hitches with the keyless entry system. Our initial code did not work, requiring a phone call to resolve, and the door keypad was occasionally temperamental. Additionally, while the main living area was large, the space immediately surrounding the bed was a bit tight. Despite these small inconveniences, it remains a solid, well-equipped choice for anyone looking for a peaceful base in the heart of the city. Just be sure to double-check your access codes upon arrival!

Almost perfect. Location is great. We got two rooms for snorers without realizing the door to the bedroom doesn't quite close all the way, but it still worked out without too much disturbance. The apt. was great. Nice outdoor terrace. Fairly roomy and up-to-date. However, the bed of the sofa bed needs more support; it really wasn't useable for us. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor with a sheet under it, which was much better and worked fine. The couch itself is also not so comfy to sit on for older people. However, the rest of it made up for everything. Would definitely stay again. For parking, we used repark. We parked once and left the car there. You don't need one in Vienna at all.

Be aware that if someone is sleeping on the pullout couch, there is a skylight directly above it that cannot be covered so bright light at the crack of dawn. Otherwise a very nice place about a 20 minute walk to most tourist areas.

Very well maintained and very big! I liked the prompt response from their reception team and they were very helpful. I'd defintely comeback to this place whenever I am in Vienna!

Had a great stay and would come again. The apartment is conveniently located and equipped with everything one might need including a nice large TV. The complex even has gym and laundry. I especially appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and total blackout in the bedroom during the night. The only negative thing I experienced is poor wifi connection in the bedroom - my phone was constantly dropping the connection.

Clean, well appointed room

The apartment is the best option for any family looking to stay in Vienna or for couples who want more space. I enjoyed the stay; however, they do not offer daily cleaning. The tram is right outside the apartment, and the walk to the central station isnt far either. I highly recommend this apartment.
