Staff were very friendly and rooms/bathrooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient to the airport. Not a big deal, but trading out dirty towels for clean towels was a little inconvenient, especially if I didn’t remember to do it before leaving for the day and getting back late.

Clean hotel, nice staff, full size fridge and little kitchenette is very convenient, plus plenty of parking. Lovely stay.

Weird lobby it's off to the side when you enter. Anyone can come off the street and access the elevator to the rooms and not be seen. The room was worn and needs updates. The dresser drawers were broken. The bed was comfortable but the blankets were thin and no additional provided.

The aspen is ok. The fact that it is so expensive makes me think there are better places to stay that have a restaurant on site & a shuttle to & from the airport.

Often in Juneau on business and Aspen Suites is always our first choice!

This is a pretty good hotel for Juneau. It is clean and safe and the rooms are spacious. The mattresses need to be replaced and an airport shuttle would be so helpful, but it’s a good value for the money and we will stay here again.

Everything was easy from parking to check out. Room was nice with everything in good condition. Had Bible in nightstand!

We had a late check in and went very smoothly.

It was so good! The only improvement I would like is the entrance doors were not automatically opening and closing. This made a difference with my two bags and I was traveling alone!
