Frukosten var bra speciellt äggröran. Saknade hissen. Ingen dusch skrapa på toaletten.

Aamiaisella voisi paremmin huomioida keliaatikot. Ensimmäisenä aamuna oli tarjoilu hyvin, mutta toisena aamuna, oli laitettu lihapullat nakkien kanssa samaan astiaan. Eikä ollu gluteenittomia lihapullia. Munakokkeli oli ihan hirveetä, ei voinu kyllä kokkeliksi sanoa.

Sijainti hyvä. Huone oli siisti. Henkilökuntaa ei paljon näkynyt, mutta olivat ystävällisiä ja kohteliaita Aamiainen ja sauna oivalliset.

Huone tunkkainen ja kuuma. Tuulettimen huonetta pitämällä auki ikkunaa, huoneen ovea ja käytävän ulko-ovea. Aamupala itsepalvelu keittiössä, tästä ei kerrottu varausta tehdessä. Yhdelle tarjottimelle laitettu kalavalmiste ja muut aamupala tuotteet muovin alle. Allergisena pystyi syömään kuivaa sämpylää.

A normal Finnish style hotel from the eighties. Great plus is the great staff working there - super nice welcoming atmosphere thanks to them! Helped to get warm milk to our kid in the late night, very helpful and understanding. Truly heartwarming after some experiences with only Ai pot answers by a Airbnb cabin few days earlier.

Clean room and hotel. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. make sure you get a confirmation of your key placement if you are arriving after business hours. I don’t think Expedia did a good job communicating or something. Twice I wrote via Expedia that I was getting there after hours and still didn’t get the keys placed where it was supposed to be.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The sauna is a bonus which is open 6-9pm. Breakfast was included which again is a bonus if you’re up in time (7-9 weekdays, 8-10 weekends). There isn’t much to do in the area - what would have been useful would be some additional information on where to go nearby for sledging, maps etc. the hotel does rent equipment but seems to be for adults rather than children. We had a family room which was adequate (we weren’t planning on spending time in it other than to sleep) but would’ve been good if the tv had other channels to watch in the evening (it was all Finnish speaking programmes other than an old episode of Emmerdale Farm for some reason). The room could have been made to feel cosier especially in a family room if you want to try and get your kids to bed at a reasonable time. Our room had a light switch that didn’t switch any lights on so again would’ve been useful if the bedside lights had worked. The shower we had to make sure we used the bath mat because the water came out from under the shower screen - not an issue but would be better if the floor didn’t get so wet. There’s a handy bus stop right out the front, details on the buses would’ve been helpful or a bus timetable. Instead I googled it so we had the info (tip: it’s substantially cheaper to book your bus tickets online than pay when you travel) and the bus can take you to the airport and into Levi which is the main centre where there is so much more to do.

The rooms were basic, I recommend putting a kettle in the room, as there was nowhere to get a hot drink. The bar should be open in the evening for guest arriving late; as we had to beg & plead for a drink; it should also be open during the day, so that guest can it & have a drink on departure day, if they have a late flight! The lady in the morning was very nice & plesent she didn't rush us out of the dining room. Overall it is an idea base; however it is a short distance to Levi centre.

Room was basic. No radiators to dry things on. No long mirror or fridge. Bunkbeds were hard to climb onto. Breakfast was nice hut not available at 6am on leaving day which i thought should be. Sauna should be open lonher

Atendimento excelente. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Hotel bem localizado, com opções de restaurantes no hotel e nos arredores. Camas confortáveis, e quarto amplo.

Hei huone oli aika kylmä ja aamupala oli niukka , henkiläkunta oli avulias ja positiivinen . auton lämmitys tolppa temppuli ja oli tosi kylmä .

Huone siisti ja asiakaspalvelu hyvää. Odotin aamupalalta pekonia mutta ei ollutkaan tällä kertaa, hyvää perusaamiaista kuitenkin niin ei tarvinnut nälkäisenä lähteä päivän askareisiin.
