사진에 욕조보이는 Deluxe Room에 묶었는데 방,화장실 넓고 ,물 잘나오고 ,위치도 관광중심지에 있어 좋았다. 바로 앞쪽에 마트있고 식당많고,가까운곳에 환률좋은곳도 있었다. 방안에 거울,탁자,의자등 많고 무엇보다 전기코드꼽는곳이 여기저기 많으니 상당히 편리했다.간단하게 씨리얼,우유등 조식으로 먹을수 있게 그릇과 수푼등과 같이 구비되어있고, 과일도 한접시, 다과도 매일 채워줬다. 냉장고에 음료,요플레등도 무료였다. 우리는 조식을 먹겠다하니 근처 제휴되어있는 레스토랑 알려줘 가서 먹고 계산도 거기서 하면 됐었다.엘베가 없어 3층까지 캐리어 끌고 올라가는게 젤 힘들었다.차를 렌트해온 다른한국인보니 짐을 필요한것만 가지고 올라왔다고~그래도 놀다 숙소에 잠깐씩 들어올때도 3층까지 오르내리느라 쉬이 피곤해졌다.그러나 크로아티아 9개도시 묶는중 쉬베니크빼고 엘베있는숙소가 없었으니 특히 관광지내에 묶으려면 큰호텔은 없다고 봐야하니 할수없는일인듯하다.

추천합니다. 옛날 건물의 방을 개조한 것이라 겉으로 봤을땐 허름하지만 방은 호텔못지않게 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 다만 엘리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 들고 3층까지 올라가야 되는게 최대의 단점! 개인이 관리하는 방이라 손님이 없는경우 아예 방에 없을 수 있음으로 예약하고 도착전날 언제도착하냐고 묻는 메일에 꼭 답을 해줘야 기다리고 있습니다

Beautiful room in a great location, central to old town Zadar

The room was fabulous, the entrance to the unit was .. a surprise lol The location in old town Zadar was perfect for our visit, we would certainly stay there again if we visit Zadar again

Shopping near by, right in the heart of old town, walkable but no beach near by like the listing tells

Dino went out of his way to help us both with suggestions for tours and restaurants but also with guiding us through parking, posting mail, and recovering forgotten items. Nothing fazed him! And the accommodations absolutely lived up to their name! Location couldn’t have been better—parked the car and didn’t need it again for the rest of our stay!

Handsome well stocked second floor walk up in excellent location. Once you enter the hallway for their properties, everything become luxurious. Premium bed linens, goodies in the fridge, spacious bath with double bowl sink. Included breakfast is provided by nearby pleasant cafe. Very good choice for 1-3 days in Zadar.

Guesthouse excelente, muito aconchegante, no coração de Zadar. Nina, a funcionária, nos recebeu muito bem. Cafe da manhã servido em uma cafeteria muito próxima. Indico sem sombras de dúvidas. Não há elevador, caso o hóspede tenha problemas de mobilidade.

Beautiful room in the heart of the old city. The host was very helpful. The room was very nicely outfitted.

Our host was very helpful and gave us some great options for dining and drinks. The location was excellent and walking distance to everything. The mini bar was a nice touch that we really appreciated. Super, hvala 🙂.

Located inside the wall, so no parking within. We find parking area very close to the hotel and walked in to the hotel. Hotel was close to the parking area and it wasn't too expensive to park there for 24hrs or more. I had very hard time finding the hotel once we got there. However after short message (via hotel.com site), I was met with hostess. Room is clean and beautiful. Conveniently located within the wall so that you can walk to everything. You do have quite a bit of steps (3rd floors) without the elevator, so be ready to carry your luggage up. We liked the room and the location.

Loved this place! We found this on a whim because we missed flights to our cruise in Venice due to the airline…had to fly to our next port day and spend the night. Perfect spot!
