가격대비 괜찮은 숙소였음. 위치도 시내에 있으며 친절함

포르토 시를 관광하기 좋은 위치와 깔끔한 숙박시설이 인상적이었다. 계단으로만 오르내리는 어려움이 있지만, 깔끔한 조식 배달이 좋았다. 난방도 잘 되어 따뜻하게 지낼 수 있었다. 커피를 내려먹을 수 있다는 것도 장점이다. 그리고 옛건물을 새롭게 인테리어한 것도 매우 멋스러웠다. 두개의 침실을 사용했는데, 두개의 욕실이 있는 것도 맘에 들었다.

위치가 좋아 관광하기에 좋고 마트와 식당이 가까워서 음식을 해먹기도 좋고 사 먹기도 좋았습니다. 모닝커피를 머신에서 매일 내려 먹었는데 맛도 괜찮았습니다. 하우스키핑과 간단한 물품에 대한 고객 요구에 즉시 응대하며 친절합니다. 정원이 좋아 겨울만 아니면 정원에서 식사도 할 수 있을것 같군요.

Very satisfied. Newly renovated building with an old touch like a beautiful ceiling and balcony. They have everything to make me feel comfortable. Buy a bucket of oranges. They have a juicer too!!!

We loved this apart hotel! It was very clean and well maintained. The layout of the studio was very efficient, and the staff was very friendly. The location was great to walk down to the river and surrounded by many restaurants. We could walk everywhere we wanted to see. Just be aware that there is no elevator in the building!

Tout d’abord une magnifique accueil, puis un logement au delà de ce que j’ai pu voir sur les photos . Bref c’était très agréable.

What a great find this apartment was. Great location in Bolhao, very walkable to Ribeira too. We stayed in room 2B and we had a gorgeous sunny balcony to the back which we weren't expecting. Great value overall, and a well designed self contained studio apartment. All kitchen equipment, towels, hangers etc included. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, clean and quiet.

Ficamos 2 noites no hotel, o apartamento era muito bom, tudo aparentemente recém reformado, boa limpeza. Chuveiro e cama boas, utensílios bons e tudo funcionando. Dois detalhes apenas: primeiro que não tem contato 24h para qualquer situação. Segundo é que o andar de cima quando pessoal caminha faz bastante barulho no apartamento. No geral, mesmo assim, voltaria em outra ocasião, o espaço é amplo e muito bem localizado.

It was very hot and we weren't able to operate the air conditioner and bathroom door didn't close. We had advised reception but no one came and had to reach out again later in the evening as the room was unbearably warm. The hotel is old which was to be expected and the cleanliness was ok. The room is cleaned every other day so not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. There were alot of little flies and moths flying inside the room. Also, one of the pillows was dirty and didn't look like the case was cleaned. We tried to change hotels after the first day but would not allow us to. We paid alot of money for this room and expected much more. Was offered another room but was on the main floor and was a downgrade. We stayed in a 3 star in Lisbon and paid much less and received much better customer service.

This was a lovely apartment, everything worked well and we had everything we needed. Great location to get to the shops, city centre. There was a good supermarket just up the street.

Localização ótima. O apartamento era bom , espaçoso e acomoda bem 4 pessoas. IMPORTANTE É LEMBRAR QUE NÃO TEM ELEVADOR !!!!!

Clean room and great location.

チェックインが暗証番号入力に戸惑いましたが、ホテルのスタッフの方々が優しくて助かりました ホテルの外観は古さを感じますが室内はほんとうに素敵で快適でした

Location was very nice and quiet, as well as central. Bedrooms were spacious & clean, beds were super comfortable. Living room was beautiful, spacious, and had a very comfortable couch. Kitchen had everything you would need. Staff was helpful, easy check in/check out and walked you to your building. No elevators, so might not be ideal if you have a lot of luggage but otherwise, this is an amazing place to stay at.
