We chose Winchmore hotel for its facilities for disabled people. having a lift is wonderful. Also private parking so we did not have to ride around looking for a space to park. we chose the premier room . it is spacious , comfortable and has incredible views. the hotel is ideally placed, right on the prom , equi-distant from great Orme and little Orme. we had breakfast and evening meal served in lovely dining rooms and at very affordable prices. the staff were lovely ( especially Robert ) .they are knowledgeable and helpful. can't wait to return for another visit.

Rather a long wait to checkin. Admittedly it was 10.30pm, but given them an eta and got there just before that. Location on the front was great. However my room was at the back and quite small, but perhaps that was reflected in the price. A good breakfast, the cooked part was done to order, much better than the production line at other places. Friendly member of staff in the dining room, who was very pleasant. Parking was £6, carpark at back of hotel, and not that easy to find. I could have parked for free in front of the hotel (no charges 4pm to 10am, but there are charges during the day).

My single room was small but very comfortable and clean the wi fi was very good and my bathroom was good with an excellent shower experience. Sink was a bit small but hotel is located very conveniently for prom , beach and all food , drink and shopping outlets

The lady that helped me at breakfast was absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough. Gave advice at what was on offer for me who is gluten and dairy intolerant. The breakfast was amazing, the best I've had.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I use disabled scooter and was on my own.Staff were fantastic.Facilities also good. Just one little worry…….loo was a bit low, but I am tall,and there was no rail to grab

We had a nice 3night stay in mid February. The room was clean and had the basics. No fridge though. When making the booking, the breakfast option was not available to secure better price so we ended up ordering every morning at their restaurant. Beautiful sea views from our window. Just to mention that at the top floor where we stayed the heating was not enough. We noticed limited activation during the day. Overall we had a nice stay at the reception were friendly.

Great location. Cosy bar area. Brekkie was okay. Mattress was teally very soft and extremely uncomfortable for sleep and my back.

Rooms very dated. Would have said very clean but I found a rubbish under the bed. Staff were all very nice but not really helpful in recommending things in the resort. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of cereals and cooked menu.

Easy to find, great that they had a car park. No real warmth of welcome. Checked in and the room was fine, it seemed clean, however when I went to get into bed, the bottom sheet had clearly not been changed (creased and a number of hairs on the sheet). I went to reception to explain the situation, I was asked if I wanted it changing - yes please. After waiting around for quite some time for the receptionist / night manager to find a sheet, it was then decided to swap my room. This room was fine - however upon check out, I was never ask how was my stay......I know hotels are under pressure as costs are considerably higher and it wasn't the most expensive hotel room in Llandudno, however it was how it was handled. I understand mistakes happen - if I had received an apology and acknowledgement and it had been handled differently then I might have returned as the second room was ok. However as there are lots of hotels to choose from I wont be returning, which is a shame as it's in a great location
