객실은 깨끗하고 직원이 친절했으나 방에 커피포트가 없고, 객실갈때 층마다 단차가 있고 계단을 지나야 해서 캐리어 운반이 번거로웠음.

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the dining area/bar is very cool and unique. The food was pretty good as well

From checking in to checking out staff and the hotel was phenomenal. Breakfast buffet was really good, overall food was also amazing. Hotel is located right in the busiest street in Belgrade and yet no noise comes in from the outside at all. Special shout out to Aleksandar, Luka, Djole and rest of the main counter staff. All were very helpful and easy to talk to and had recommendations for places to see and visit.

The hotel was actually in the most perfect location on the main strip. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The whole vibe of the hotel and rooms were actually really cool especially for a place like belgrade. At night the rooftop turns into a cool lounge area with music and the whole experience was amazing. Rooms were super clean and had a really good style to it.

Kjempestilig hotell, utrolig bra plassering. Meget dyktige, hjelpsomme, og vennlige ansatte som yter sitt beste for at gjestene skal trives. Kjempeflott takterrasse som er ydillisk på dagen og nattklubb på kvelden. Rommene er meget godt støyisolert. Xxl mama er av god størrelse. Fantastisk stor tv, negativt er at man ikke har mulighet til å koble til hdmi. Tv støttet riktignok AirPlay og chromecast innebygget, men etter mange forsøk fikk vi det til å virke til sist. Derimot var det mye lagging. Meget praktisk med hotell på toppen av et kjøpesenter, rett på gå gaten (hovedgaten).

All good, but the best thing out of all is the location. Could not be better if you like walking streets and many restaurants close to you.

Appreciated the warm reception upon arrival after a long day+ of traveling. Great location. Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Helpful instructions for getting to airport at check out.

I liked that there was a lot of great seating areas for socializing or sitting on my computer to work. The staff was fantastic, especially Aleksandar from the front desk. Always so helpful with suggestions and anything we needed. Overall a great experience and will surely be back.

Klar, so könntest du es direkt einfügen: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Mama Shelter Belgrad. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet, modern und sauber. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch das gesamte Design des Hotels ist wirklich gelungen und hebt sich angenehm von klassischen Hotels ab. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
