엘리베이터 잦은고장으로 갇히기도 했고 불안감에 체크아웃할때 5층부터 트렁크 끌고내려왔어요.어떤 여자손님 오랜시간 갇혀서 우는것도 봤네요 저 가격 말도 안되게 비싸요.

아주 넓고 쾌적하고 좋습니다!! 호시우광장 피게라광장 어딜가기에도 위치도가 정말 좋아요. 번화가라 걱정했는데, 조용했습니다. 호스트도 매우 친절해서 감사했습니다. 맛집소개까지 세세하게 신경써 주셨고, 도착하는 날 마중까지 나와주셨습니다. 웰컴드링크에 캡슐커피까지 구비되어있습니다. 다만, 마루바닥이라 층간소음을 조심하셔야겠습니다. 5층 꼭대기라 우리에게 들리는 소음은 없었으나, 첫날 짐풀고 하느라 늦게 아랫집에서 시끄럽다고 쫓아왔어요. 또 건물에 엘레베이터가 조금 느리지만 다닐만 했어요. 엘베가 있지만 반층정도는 계단이 있으니 짐들고 오시는분들 참고하세요. 화장실도 정말 깨끗하고 좋은데 샤워기 수압이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외 나무랄 것이 없는 숙소로 추천합니다. 시설이 깨긋하고 관리가 잘 되고 있어 좋은 인상을 받을 수 있었습니다. 크게 불편한 것은 느끼지 못했으나, 시내 중심가에서는 다소 떨어져 있고, 제대로된 식사를 즐기기 위해서는 10분가량 걸어나가야 합니다. 또한 세탁기는 있으나 세제가 갖추어있지 않은 문제가 있었습니다.

Everything was easy and the apartment was super new and clean. Great area.

Fabulous location, walkable to all the sites. Large spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Multiple balconies. Well stocked and has all the main appliances. Historical building with LOTS of stairs but also has luggage elevator. Great clear communication and easy check in. We loved it!!!

No había shampoo, solo jabón para manos. No hacen la habitación, estuvimos 3 noches. No hay elevador y nos tocó el 5to piso. El departamento tenía mucho olor a comida. A favor: la ubicación es inmejorable, es muy amplio.

This place was really solid. We liked it a lot. This particular unit was a fifth floor walk up which after a long day of walking around Lisbon was a little bit brutal. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and responsive though. The A/C was excellent and cooled the room off so quickly. The bed was comfortable as well but the pillows were not. They were stiff. The tv isn’t a smart tv but that was ok we enjoyed flipping through cable to find a movie to wind down to at the end of the day. It felt nostalgic and that was nice. All in all I would recommend this place to a friend coming to the city. We really enjoyed Lisbon.

Great apartment, excellent location couldn't be beat.

The central location of the apartment was perfect for our 3-day stay in Lisbon. Close to the metro, trams, buses, and train to Sintra. The apartment was spacious with a good-sized kitchen, although we only ate breakfast there. Wifi was fast (200+ Mbps). There was a slight musty smell in our unit (4E) as we walked in, but it quickly became unnoticeable. I could have lived at that apartment for months!

Apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 adults. Beds were comfortable. It is in an amazing location ! Washing machine and dishwasher very helpful. Very prompt and helpful communication .

Excellent location: many sights within walking distance; plenty of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep; public transport just round the corner. Clean apartment, spacious lounge/dining room with large windows. There was a damp musty smell in the apartment throughout our stay. One of the bedrooms does not have outside windows so gets rather stuffy.

Very central location in Baixa! Immaculately clean. Dozens of restaurants within very short walk. Very close to Santa Justa elevator (which is not currently functional) and Rossio Square. There were a number of stairs up to the 5th floor apartment, which we didn't mind, though good to be aware of (I counted 100 steps total). The elevator was useful for luggage on check-in and checkout, though is very slow. Useful if you have mobility issues, though around 10-15 steps to get to the elevator. Overall, very spacious, fully stocked kitchen (even has a small oven where we are able to cook a whole chicken), very clean. Highly recommend!

Central location, close to major attractions and the metro. Comfortable beds and very clean. It’s an old building with historic charm.”

The good: The apartment itself was totally fine and the location was good for tourist spots. Lots of space and standard amenities like hair dryer & iron. The frustrating: This is a short term rental and not a hotel. We were expected to clean after and there is an additional cash payment required. While city tax is fine and not uncommon, but why is there a facility fee- must be in cash- on top the listed price? I would not return here just because I felt like it wasn't transparent.

Apto moderno, limpo, agradavel. Silencioso para dormir. Amplo. Localização nota 10. Ótima comunicação com Estela. Excelente estadia. Único comentário: fica no 5.andar e o elevador é só para pessoas com limitações, bebes, idosos e bagagens, portanto, a movimentação diária é por escadas.

Die Unterkunft eignet sich ideal für ein paar Tage Lissabon. Schönes, einfaches Appartement. Grosszügig geschnitten. Für mich persönlich etwas zu dunkel. Kommunikation per Mail/Whatsapp hat bestens geklappt.

Very nice property. I did not like the elevator situation it was very slow. We were on 4th floor had to go up 2 flights to get to elevator then 4 flights to get to room. We used the elevator the first day and then they put signs up all over the building that elevator was for luggage only.

Great location, spacious and clean apartment
