My family and I arrived 1030 pm and found the apartment locked and no one around. when I called and explained, we just arrived and need in. the manager/ owner sounded very inconvenience that I was calling and we had to wait outside for 30 to 40 minutes. I didn't like that. The TV didn't work and for being advertised as a family unit it didn't have very much hot water. on Saturday the restaurant below was very noisy and loud, I called the owner/manager and let them know about the noise but they said they couldn't do anything but assured me it was safe because it was across the street from the police station. I wish the owner/manager was more caring or had a better understanding of customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone with all the choices Montreal has.
