급하게 결정한 숙소 였지만 기대 이상이었습니다.

호텔 바로 옆에 대형 경기장과 기차역이 있어서 football or baseball 경기 관람하는 여행객에게 좋을 듯 싶다. 가족 여행을 위한 호텔로는 조금 아쉬운게 있다. wifi가 2~3일간 안되어서 로비에 자주 내려가야 했고, 청소 예약을 했는데, 청소가 안되어 다음 날 청소를 해 주기도 했다. 아침일찍 휴대폰을 화장실에서 분실했는데, 2층 식당에 일하시는 분이 lost center(?)에 맡겨 주셔서 다행히 찾을 수 있었고 이 부분에 대해서는 너무 감사하게 생각한다. 호텔이 전반적으로 좋은 호텔이지만, 개인적으로는 조금 아쉬운 부분이 있다. 직원들이 모두 친절하고 좋았지만, 처음 시애틀을 여행하는 외국인 입장에서는 100점이 아닌 90점 정도로 평가하고 싶다. 아침 조식에서 계란오믈렛을 5일 연속 먹어야 하는 부분도 조금은 개선 사항이라 생각된다. 다른 식재료나 음식을 섞어주면 장기투숙(5박)하는 고객에게는 좋게 느껴질 것이다.

Overall great stay. Good breakfast and nice rooms. The only issues are the weird noises coming from the elevator shafts and the rooms could have been cleaned a bit better.

Breakfast buffet was out of Diet Coke two consecutive mornings. Happy hour snacks more basic than other Embassy Suites I have stayed in. Great omelette bar. Great location. One side of king bed did not have a bedside table or a lamp.

Easy access to Lumen and TMobile. Beautiful, clean hotel. Wonderful amenities!

This was a beautiful place to stay

There weren’t any bellmen to help with luggage and the parking was expensive $65/night and off site so transporting luggage was difficult with a toddler. The breakfast was really good though!

Stayed to go to T mobile stadium. Easy and safe walk.

Absolutely loved this property. Staff was amazing, very clean and updated. Great location and great views.

So first off, the part that kills be the most is how expensive this hotel was, I paid over $1500 for a 4 night stay and it wasn’t even close to being worth it. As soon as I entered my room, I was in shock, not the good shock, the shock that I felt like I was just ripped off horribly. The room was not anywhere to being spotless, it was old, the carpet was gross, the bathroom floor had marks/ dirt all over them, and the room was tiny. We paid for the nice room with the corner view of the city. Wasn’t nice, was incredibly small, and just flat out not worth the money. Then there’s the area around it, super convenient if you are attending games, but be prepared to walk outside and have drug users walking up to you asking for stuff, it’s right by a train station or something, so as you can imagine all kinds of people are in and out of there. I had a homeless guy sit right in front of the hotel and proceeded to cuss me out the entire time I was outside smoking a cigarette. No security, no employees intervened, nothing. Overall, for the money, not even close to being acceptable. The pictures they put up to show you the property are very good, but very deceptive as well. They hired a great photographer haha.

They never disappoint! The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is so sweet, the food is delicious….we don’t stay anywhere else when we come into town!

Great place

Booked this room MONTHS ago … when I went to check in @ 3 I suddenly found myself wondering if I even had a room. After several minutes of searching the manager was finally called. He was able to “find” my room but I had paid for a corner king suite with full windows and a view of the water - that is not the room I got. It was by the elevators, had a few windows and the view of the water was obstructed. Very disappointed and still paid my original price.

Great breakfast and dining facility. Convenient to cruise ship. However room had very poor lightning. Needs updating.
