전체 평가 및 리뷰 Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square

급하게 결정한 숙소 였지만 기대 이상이었습니다.

호텔 바로 옆에 대형 경기장과 기차역이 있어서 football or baseball 경기 관람하는 여행객에게 좋을 듯 싶다. 가족 여행을 위한 호텔로는 조금 아쉬운게 있다. wifi가 2~3일간 안되어서 로비에 자주 내려가야 했고, 청소 예약을 했는데, 청소가 안되어 다음 날 청소를 해 주기도 했다. 아침일찍 휴대폰을 화장실에서 분실했는데, 2층 식당에 일하시는 분이 lost center(?)에 맡겨 주셔서 다행히 찾을 수 있었고 이 부분에 대해서는 너무 감사하게 생각한다. 호텔이 전반적으로 좋은 호텔이지만, 개인적으로는 조금 아쉬운 부분이 있다. 직원들이 모두 친절하고 좋았지만, 처음 시애틀을 여행하는 외국인 입장에서는 100점이 아닌 90점 정도로 평가하고 싶다. 아침 조식에서 계란오믈렛을 5일 연속 먹어야 하는 부분도 조금은 개선 사항이라 생각된다. 다른 식재료나 음식을 섞어주면 장기투숙(5박)하는 고객에게는 좋게 느껴질 것이다.

Perfect Seattle venue for our family. Easy access from ferry, walkable to Mariner’s stadium and other sights! Kids enjoyed pool!

Booked two nights had to move rooms the second night . Was told it was an upgrade when turns out it was the total opposite. The view from the window was facing a wall so not much to see . Hotel front desk seems very busy and confused about most things . Besides those things you are in the pike place area so plenty of homeless lingering around the property and parking is very expensive. The inside of the hotel is very nice and rooms themselves and great . Breakfast is included and has a variety of good options . And a free drink between 5-6:30pm . Along with two restaurants in the hotel to choose from .

Hotel itself is great, 13 Coins and Zephyr Bar were nice, great breakfast. Just had to navigate the homeless people in Pioneer Square if you wanted to walk to Pike Place Market or any of the other bar & grill options in the area.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Especially Milton. I really liked the little guy. Rooms and other parts of the facility were super clean and luxurious.

The amenities and location very convenient.

The hotel was close to our family event, one front desk person was quite unpolite towards Canadians and Latin American; so sad for him!

Staff was awesome

Beautiful rooms, everything was clean, excellent gym and pool, and great views of the city. We felt very safe.

It was expensive but service and quality were great

We took the Amtrak to Seattle and booked the embassy right across the street! Very clean, convenient and safe!

Came to Seattle for a show at Wamu, which was conveniently located near the hotel. Embassy was amazing. Upon check-in, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a city view room & what a view it was! The room was very comfortable, service was top notch, & we really appreciated the free breakfast buffet & evening drinks & snacks. Will definitely stay again in the future.
