Yes. Flavio VERY helpful, as was everyone else. Esmeralda, cleaner, good. Helpful staff. But the lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim. Yes, we are older, in our 60s and 70. But we couldn't see to read. Beach clean. Restaurant workers helpful and cheerful.

Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. The Agave restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious. They have the tallest vantage point along the coast of Tulum so you can enjoy sunset over the trees and sunrise over the ocean. They also have a coffee service included where they bring you freshly roasted coffee and leave it outside your room at your desired time. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great, very nice that only problem nobody was at the front desk and we got información from the gardener and the maintenance guy they were very nice but we needed the password for wifi and then we had an issue with the safety box we had our valuables and the

We had an ocean view room, and it was great. There was no obstacles.

Very cute hotel, close to everything. We stayed on the second floor in what looks like a newer building. It was fantastic. They brought coffee to us every morning in a basket. The attached restaurant/beach side was soooooo good. The Grilled Salmon was ridiculously good. Never got to eat in the cafe but it looked amazing too.

Del hotel solo puedo decir que es un auténtico paraíso: el ambiente, el servicio y la tranquilidad son excelentes. Fuimos en temporada baja, lo que nos permitió conseguir un precio muy atractivo y justo. Tenía más de cinco años que no regresaba a Tulum debido al abuso de precios, inseguridad, saturación de gente, entre otros factores... pero esta vez decidí aprovechar las promociones de la temporada baja y valió la pena. Debo reconocer que el lugar sigue siendo increíble; sin embargo, es una lástima cómo en los últimos años se ha llevado al extremo la explotación y los sobrecostos en la zona. Ojalá pronto se recupere la esencia de lo que fue Tulum hace unos 15 años: un destino más auténtico, relajado, seguro y con precios realistas.

The hotel is just okay and looks nothing like the pictures online. The biggest issue is the condition of the pools and deck flooring—there’s clearly a lot of deferred maintenance. The lobby is nice, with a quaint boutique feel, but it wasn’t really open during our stay. September is their slow season, so the restaurant had very limited hours and most menu items were unavailable. The front desk operates on a similar schedule, open roughly from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you need anything outside those hours, you have to contact them through WhatsApp, which is slow and inconvenient. To be fair, the staff were very friendly and genuinely tried to be helpful, but the service overall was lacking. Our ocean-view room was spacious, close to the water, and had a great view. It did have a bit of an “earthy” feel—not quite our style—but it was still comfortable. Overall, the hotel feels tired and in need of investment. If you can get a good deal, it might be worth considering, but at over $400 a night for an ocean-view room, we felt it was overpriced for what you actually get. Nice people who try hard, but the owners need to put some money into the property—or at least update the photos to reflect reality.

Sin servicio, con diferentes administraciones entre el hotel y el restaurante, no tenían comida y estaban en el abandono porque estaban próximos a cerrar por vacaciones. Pésima experiencia.

Limited shopping and restaurants , limited food options for high prices compared to the food quantity.

Property is beautiful. Just like pics . I stayed before and love it there . The two pools are beautiful and o love the villa on the beach .

The hotel is in good condition overall. I have no complaints about the staff. Due to the season, the hotel has minimal services and is almost empty of personnel. There is no hotel lobby “bar” after 6:00 p.m. VIP credit can only be used for alcoholic drinks up to 6:00 p.m. and not at the beach. Olivia Bar was not in attendance. In general, very disappointing that the low season impacts those who stay at the hotel.

Super relaxing stay

Great service and facilities! The rooms are lovely! The coffee basket delivered to the room in the morning was so nice! Griselda always made sure we get back to a clean room!

Customer service was a 3. Staff was friendly, but you had to keep requesting refills or request help. They didn’t take the initiative.

Restaurant staff were great hotel needs some simple maintenance and upkeep

No check in. We arrived at 9pm and got shown through the staff entrance and told to checkin the following day. Room, very basic, no hair dryer, no kettle. Balcony did not lock. Breakfast great first day, mediocre from then on. Considering the price you’d think breakfast was included … no… you’re looking at £20pp for an average breakfast. Nobody at hotel due to awful seaweed in Tulum we suspect? However meant the hotel is running on Skelton staff. Nobody wants to help you… you enjoy a drink at the roof top and are told to sign three flights of stairs down… they won’t bring the bill to you. Everywhere looks tired, very disappointing
