Le foto di presentazione dell'hotel non danno l'idea di quanto datate siano le stanze. La camera aveva forte odore di fumo e la moquette macchiata sicuramente non ha migliorato l'immagine. Colazione servita a partire dalle 7.30, non propriamente ideale quando si viaggia per lavoro.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The area with the lake is also gorgeous. Great hotel!

The friendliest reception in Bulgaria yet. The staff, amazing. The property, amazing. The location and view (guess) - amazing. There is a restaurant 3 steps away w wonderful food and service, the room was HUGE, parking was a breeze and the breakfast is phenomenal. It’s not modern. It’s old world, clean, quiet, lovely and has good beds. We needed to book this due to a last minute change in plans and couldn’t be happier Note: I should have asked her name, but there was a front desk employee at the time of check in who was so lovely and helpful. I hope her supervisor sees this because she is doing a wonderful job.

Está genial pero el spa lo tienen que mejorar y el diseño de las habitaciones ay que mejorarlo pero todo muy bien

Il faut aimer la décoration. Très ancien, matelas defoncé . Le buffet le matin laisse à désirer pour un 5 étoiles . Celles-ci ne sont pas méritées

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is good. Restaurant is very high class. Staff smiling and very helpful. Rooms are ok but coffee should be complimenrary in the room

The hotel is lovely unfortunately the service levels are poor. Breakfast service was awful and the food was average. We had to repeatedly ask for items that hadn't been replenished and on our last day they had no milk. If you stay here you will have to manage your expectations and let the manager know if you are not happy as he assured me that he wants to meet the customers expectations.

Good hotel by the lake, clean & large room, but with no balcony; wonderful view over the park; small swimming pool; saunas were not working; good breakfast; kind staff; free wi-fi & easy parking;

The only cleanliness issue was that the bathroom smelled moldy. The problem persisted when we switched rooms.on the other hand the staff were helpful and amiable.

Perfect hotel in stara zagora

Buen sitio para alojarse y estar tranquilo sin mucho jaleo. El lago y alrededores ofrecen la posibilidad de darse una buena vuelta y relajarse después de un día de reuniones de trabajo. El hotel está bien en general. Cama cómoda. Desayuno correcto, aunque el café mejorable. Hay parking para coches. El hotel también tiene restaurante al lado, con vistas al lago. Lo que no me esperaba es que se permitiera fumar en el restaurante, en 2024. Un viaje jacia atrás en el tiempo. Una pega: el aire acondicionado de mi habitación hacía demasiado ruido cuando estaba en marcha.

Struttura complessivamente sopravvalutata. Palestra inadeguata anche ad un 2 stelle.

Schöne grosse Zimmer. War mal ein Luxushotel, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr düstere Beleuchtung. Freundliches Personal, preiswert.

I am using this facility and their services in connection with business trips in the Stara Zagora region. They always live up to their standards - friendly, convenient and clean.

buona la colazione e la spa ma migliorabile la pulizia della stanza in particolare il bagno , ho fatto solo due notte ma non hanno cambiato salvette ne rimesso shampo e altro per doccia , buono ristorante interno

E' la mia seconda volta in quest'hotel. Stara Zagora non offre molte alternative, ma questo è un posto molto tranquillo e anche bello dal punto di vista naturalistico con il laghetto ecc.. L'unica cosa che non mi piace è il mobilio classico... un pà pesante ma per il resto è tutto perfetto anche la colazione

The staff are very friendly. They helped me with printing documents and borrowed me an adaptor without any extra charges. Small things matter when it comes to customer service. The checkout time is 12pm which make things easier for someone who doesn't like to rush in the morning.

I booked one of the big, shiny apartment, but unfortunately there was issue with hot water, so only cold shower. And i had to move about 11ish pm, because directly underneath was wedding party. Nothing against it, only if staff tell me before i would not need to have a moving hassle. Despite cold water and party, hotel is fabulous, great location with lake and good restaurant.
