Ok for a 1 night stay, any longer I suggest something else

The hotel is veey clean amd modern. My only complaint is that the lighting in the room is terrible. The room is so dark. Other than that, it was comfortable and clean.

No trash bag in the bathroom Recycle was laying on its side and no trash can The bathroom sink barely drains , had to unscrew the stopper for it to drain Waited for people to clear for breakfast, went down At 9:45 breakfast and breakfast was completely cleared not a single sign that is ever was except for the remaining people lingering at the tables

The entire property is lovely. The pool was great with warm water and towels, my son loved it. Comfy bed, hot relaxing shower…Close to the mall and other popular places. The staff and service was top tier. Everyone was polite and friendly, especially the gentleman who was overseeing the breakfast, he helped my son make a waffle. I would definitely stay there again.

La ubicación me encantó muy cerca de una plaza comercial, el desayuno es médicamente bueno, solo coincidimos con un día a una persona que habla español en recepción. Tienen una pequeña tiendita con precios elevados, la comida que se solicitó a la habitación de muy buen sabor y tamaño.

Hotel restaurant staff has very poor manners, restaurant menu selection is poor, parking is very limited and difficult to access. The property location is ok.

Das Personal war freundlich. Im Zimmer hat der Teppichboden streng gerochen sonst war es sauber. Das Morgenessen war nicht so befriedigend, da die Auswahl sehr klein war und man kaum einen Platz finden konnte. Zudem musste man mit Einweggeschirr (Plastikbesteck und Papteller) essen. Für den Parkplatz musste man 18$ pro Nacht zusätzlich zahlen. Preisleistung 4/10

We just stayed at this hotel last weekend. Everything was clean and smelled great. Each day the room was cleaned and towels restocked. The breakfast was clean and everything tasted great as well. The pool area was very enjoyable with multiple seating areas with hanging lights and a very nice pool with a walk in entrance. The pool towels outside were always stocked as well. Our favorite part was the walking path behind the pool that leads to the Millenia Mall. The mall has 10 food and dessert options in the food court as well as every store you can think of! It took us 5 minutes to walk there from the hotel, so it’s very convenient! The whole neighborhood was classy and felt safe. We will be back!

Staff was amazing and very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed being able to walk right to the mall.

Very very uncomfortable beds, hotel charged my credit card in middle of the night for $20 and I was told it would be reversed and they didn’t know why but it never was reversed. High chairs at breakfast would be helpful and so would trays.. Trundle was convenient..

Great area! Loved being able to walk around the lake across the street, as well as, the path behind the hotel. You can walk to the mall from the hotel. The breakfast was awesome! The staff was always friendly!! We will definitely stay here again!
