This is my second stay at New Haven Guest House, it had been 5 years in-between stays but I am happy to report that my experience the second time was just as good if not better than 5 years ago. The grounds are perfectly manicured and the quietness is pleasant. The English breakfast in the morning was top notch. I highly recommend staying here while in Newcastle.

This is a true little gem. Located approximately 1.5km from the center of town on a quiet street, I was amazed with this little place. The grounds are impeccable landscaped and extremely clean. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was a made to order omelette which was very tasty. I really wished that I had booked 2 nights.

Schöner Aussenbereich mit Pool und gepflegtem Garten. Gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants in der Nähe, aber auch super Abendessen in der Unterkunft bei vorheriger Anmeldung. Frühstück ist amerikanisch mit Müsli, Eiern und Bacon, Toast und Kaffee. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und relativ neu. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr familiär. Wir haben die Gastgeberin als wirklich herzlich empfunden.

The lodge didn’t understand how Expedia works. I was constantly harassed for payment even though I had paid when I booked.
