Absolutely perfect stay, instructions are super clear to check in and the property is perfectly located for the local trails

Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast option is a bonus, but need to get in early, my favourite makovy pastry were running out quickly:) Pleasant stay, novy smokovec has lots to offer!

Mate checked us in and was very nice. The accommodation fine, and we had a lovely breakfast every morning. The young lady that took care of us for breakfast was helpful and nice. This is a great place to stay while visiting the mountains in Slovakia!

Walls are thin and the rooms have no sound proofing. Also doesn’t seem like there’s any quiet hours policy at night. This property is very popular with families with small kids. Unless you’re coming with kids and don’t mind, this is not the place to stay. We tried to spend as little time in our apartment as possible, basically just coming back for the night, but due to noise I wasn’t able to sleep well even with ear plugs and background music on. Really became sleep deprived after couple of days.

I think this is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed. The facility is new and clean and the staff are all friendly and responsive. The apartment is equipped with a wash machine, electronic stoves and a dish washer, so it is suitable for a family or a group. The Italian restaurant serves tasty dishes and the packed breakfast was plenty of sausages, hams, salami and eggs with delicious breads. The location is also perfect as it is 3 minute walk from the closest ski resort and in walk distance from the centre of Stary Smokovec where restaurants and shops are. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who are going to stay for several days in High Tatras.

Wonderful place. Rooms equipped with everything that may be needed during family trips to the mountains, whether in summer or winter. Secure parking lot. The food in the restaurant is excellent; a must is "grilled chicken supréme". The service is fantastic. All we have to do now is plan our next visit! Thank you!

Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to uruchamianie hotelowej pralni w nocy co może dokuczać w apartamentach na pierwszym poziomie. Proszę także pomyśleć o jakiejść blokadzie rodzicielskiej na kanałach XXX.

Všetko super. Apartmán vybavený, čistý. Raňajky bohaté a každý deň aj niečo iné. Bolo z čoho vyberať. Lokalita super v noci kľud na električku pár minút. Zľava v reštaurácii priamo v penzióne aj v neďalekej kolibe Kamzík.

Change the towels and soaps more often. They do it just when you ask...

Almost new and very nice hotel. Beautiful design, nice staff and excellent restaurant! I highly recommend you to stay here for a trip to high Tatras.

excellent place. A big clean and brand new flat with a good view on the forest outside. a nice breakfast and a very helpful staff, specially Jan the manager that helps on every request. Sure to come back if we ever get to the area !

Совершенно новые апартаменты расположенные в тихом и уютном месте. Здание еще не закончено до конца: нет газонов, наружного освещения, в дневное время, по рабочим дням что-то строят внутри помещения в подвале или на 3 этаже. Все новое, чистое, стильное и уютное. Шумоизоляция - слабая, слышны соседи и шаги в коридоре. До завтрака надо идти 5-7 минут, в другом здание. Все вкусно и аккуратно, только на одном завтраке (из 6-и) были разбавлены соки водой - гадость! Рядом отель ATRIUM со сказочным и не дорогим СПА "4 elements". TV - не нашли русских каналов, учили английски! :) Уборку надо делать самим, это не отель!!!
