Very new & clean hotel with kind staffs. When I changed my schedule, they checked in travel agency there wasn't any cancellation charge.

I think free complimentary breakfast should have been offered. The dinner was great and gift shop but breakfast should be included in the stay.

The hotel is average in terms of its facilities. However, we got a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. We called the front desk as soon as we entered, and the person there said he didn’t notice the smell and that they had sprayed air freshener. Of course, that didn’t eliminate the smell. The next day we requested a room change, but the other room smelled like a dog. So, we decided to stay in the one that smelled like cigarettes. It was really uncomfortable, as the smell was quite strong. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice and the bed was comfortable. This hotel was overall a great experience. To be honest, and it's my fault I didn't say anything, the bathroom and towels could have used a little bit better cleaning. I would definitely return here though.
